@@Eltonmorris I think two more years are absolutely possible, or should I say absolutely guaranteed if Brady doesn't get severely injured.
I guess he has to be carried off the field. And why not. Do we retire just because we aren't that good anymore, or do we work as long as possible?!
As long as he plays on an average level, he has no reason to retire, if he likes what he does and his health allows it. And if he helps a team out like the Jets or Detroit Lions when are in the process to build a new team and want to use their picks for other the O-line or defense etc. pp. before they signed a franchise QB.
The Bengals or Texans are wasting their elite QB.
He should enjoy his stint with the Bucs, and afterwards, h might join a team like the Jets to help them to re-new their team, and or introduce and train a new franchise QB...maybe even the first step in the transition from a player to a coach.
He has the brains, the mentality, the understanding of the game, and the way to approach people to become a good coach.
PS: Could be that he never gets in...in lifetime.

Peyton Manning, Charles Woodson and Calvin Johnson are slam dunk first ballot hall of famers. All dominant, all iconic and each an integral part of pro football history. After that, I’m looking at Ronde Barber, John Lynch, Tony Boselli, Tory Holt and Reggie Wayne. FYI, that list is based on the list of 15 modern era finalists (if I could pick from the 25 modern era finalist, I would replace Reggie Wayne with Patrick Willis, I was shocked he did not make the cut). For senior candidates, Cliff Branch has waited far too long to the point where he won’t even be alive for his induction which is sad and frustrating. He has 3-all pros and 4 pro bowls. Both of those are more than current hall of famers Lynn Swann, John Stallworth and looking to be future hall of famer Drew Pearson (he was announced to be a senior finalist). Cliff Branch was the best deep threat of the 70s and “speed kills” is synonymous with him. He also has 3 Super Bowls with an iconic play in his 3rd one. Yet, he is still not in.

Honestly no one in media should be apart of the selection committee, it should former players and coaches, people who were actually apart of the game not people who just covered it. I feel like that’s why so many guys haven’t gotten in. And based off the requirements for a player to get in, it doesn’t seem like they need much to get into the hall of fame now. Every player and or coach that was in the NFL prior to its inception in 1963 should be in the hall. Those players and coaches built the league into what it was once the HOF was created. Forget stats, all those men played when the game was hard and tough, primitive and just straight up ugly. The HOF isn’t the same anymore it’s just like WWE’s fake HOF a popularity contest, and who can get more people to show up to the presentation so they can sell tickets. I wasn’t around in the old school times but I’m very old school when it comes to football, and there are so many guys that played this game that should even though they weren’t “great players” any guy who played and gave more then 10 years of his life to this game should be in the HOF whether he was great player or not. 10+ years is a long time and not to not be acknowledged for the time you put into this game to make it what it is now it just unfair to those guys. That’s just my take on it though.
