Adding too much binder will greatly reduce the performance. Adding 1~10% by weight is good enough. Or you can try some energetic plasticizer such as nitroglycerin or blasting gel. Nitroglycerin works well, but one need to stabilize it with some urea for long term storage. Also, if DADP stands for diacetone diperoxide, please be careful with such a large quantity.
