Absolutely agree. Time off and out of the truck is important for physical and mental health on the road. So , why not get out and see or do something while your resetting?🤷‍♂😁

Next time head up the mountain. Ride right up Mountain Ave straight up to Mount Baldy. The views are awesome, the twisty curves are a blast. Theres a road that rides the back of the foothills to Azusa Canyon and you cone out by Glendora. You can ride 210 to 15 and be right back in ONT.

Seems most carriers could benefit if they would follow Cheeseman's lead on how to treat drivers...good video Thom, thanks...

Thom, good to see there's room for a bike out on the road. How difficult is it to find time to get a ride in a few times a week? Is it possible to hit gyms here and there?

If your company allows PC and you are truly going home, not advancing the load…. Maybe. But no DOT officer is going to believe it’s a good idea for me to go from Ohio to Georgia on PC.
