How the Hand throttle works on my Toyota rock crawler

Similarly you could do the same with a efi throttle body with an electric choke. E.g. say an sr20 throttle it has 2 cable arches except the choke pulls on both arches effectively "rasing the idle" leaving the throttle cable to still rev the motor. Great video! Been thinking of this for a while!

But where did you route it through to inside of cab?

On mine i have The cable run down the shifter thru the shift boot out of the cab. Then, it runs up near the bellhousing on the driver side and meets up with the throttle cable and then they run next to each other.
