That’s what I said, I’m use to low prices abroad but this was crazy for me, especially that I felt Mexico prices would be similar to what is in Tulum but that’s not the case.

I recommend you visit La isla de Janitzio in the state of Michoacán and the magical city of pátzcuaro! both so beautiful ❤️ Michoacán is the state of Avocados, Guitars, and carnitas and many more also The Costa Chica (of both Guerrero and Oaxaca) is one of two zones in Mexico with significant Afro-Mexican populations!! beautiful state as well and so much history!! 💕

Props to you, guys! It's always good seeing people from other countries trying food stands instead of the most famous restaurants almost every tourist tries to go in. Don't get me wrong, there are reaaaaally good restaurants in Mexico City, but street stands are really something else! Tacos, tortas, aguas frescas, quesadillas. You're in for a treat I tell ya!

Check you guys out your Spanish pronunciation its almost perfect. My family is Mexican and what I tell people who are visiting Mexico, is to eat at the stands not the restaurants. The restaurants are actually not that good it’s always the stands if you see locals there most likely it’s going to be good.

Because it's in pesos so your dollar is worth more. Unless you go to a trendy restaurant in la Condesa you'll pay near 30 dollars for a meal.
