The linked rerollers still take up cargo space.
I suppose I might be undervaluing cannoneers, but I'd still rather pay double on most ships to get World Hater.
The cheerleader ships fascinate me. It's super niche but in a huge game in a crowded battle space, they can provide ungodly value if you time the logistics right. (shoot with ships near the Scepter, then move the Scepter to another pack of ships that then shoot, etc)
