i started this leg workout last week, on Wednesday and Saturday (my leg days) and you have to believe that today ( monday) my legs are still in pain due to this intense workout.. the first part didn't hurt that much but the second one, where we have to do 150 reps, i cant even stand that day, even though i am doing legs for the last 7 years.. so guys, trust me, this workout will definitely gonna work..
