@@jameshoward3783mmm define better form, if we are talking about squats or hip hinges good form will look different based on your anatomy and shorter people usually have a more pleasing looking squat due to their torso angle

This way tests not just getting down and up from the floor hands free, it tests ankle, hip and knee mobility by adding the asian squat -- which is why they go into the knees. From the knees --> asian squat then rise.
