With quarantine forcing everyone at home, we should still try to have a good lifestyle even though not being able to physicaly see everyone might effect our social health. I don't know how social health works, so don't quote me. Physical health is important too, so try to at least have a small exercise routine. Ya?
Welp, looks like I've been doing sit ups wrong! Apparently you're supposed to do it half way to fully use your stomach muscles!
