If any of you think you’re not making any progress or won’t be able to reach this achievement, just know, I’m the fat kid at school. I started tried to up my game in curl-ups about 15 days ago. I started only being able to do 30. But today I got to 100. What did I do? I did 100 sit-ups a day. You don’t have to do them in a row or anything. But once i got to day 15, I could do 100 in a row. Keep in mind everybody progresses differently. If you are the chubby kid at school or just physically unfit, just remember you are not stuck like this.

@@juzncl if you're doing this to get abs and you have a a little bit of fat on your stomach I suggest you run like 1-2 miles twice a week just to burn it off and do this aswell it should help,
For those of you that are struggling to finish the video, heres what I did. Basically, yall know anime intros? Yeah? So how long are those masterpieces?? Around FIVE TO SIX minutes long. About as long as this video. Just listen to some anime jam you like and do the situps :) I listened to Lost In Paradise from Jujitsu Kaisen and just sang along to it while doing the curl ups, and it was one in an instant! Good Luck!!! You got this! Its okay if you dont get it done on the first try, just keep trying!
y’all this actually works 😅 I’ve been doing this for a week now and I can already see some ab lines on my stomach and they are more prominent if I flex my stomach muscles. You can get abs and even not change your diet (as long as you’re not eating too much candy or too many snacks. just stick to regular food) Gonna do this for 30 days to challenge myself! starting 100 sits ups a day until school starts- August 13th. -just finished it easily, my core was really sore tho, didn't hurt just felt funny. -July 16th did it with lack of motivation today, dont see any changes but i think my waist got wider(which is good) -July 17th, I see a little progress, not in the abs but beginning to lose weight. July 18th, the same as yesterday. July 19th the same as yesterday July 20th my waist got bigger and I see my abs starting to peak thru.. but only the top four July 21 I didn't feel like doing it today so I pushed in a extra 90 for being a fatty.
When I was 10 I made it to the end of the pacer test and I was so confused that there was an end, and also my abs were sore and aching for the next few days. A year later and it barely even burns. #progress

Beginning of freshman year of high school I could do 80 and felt exhausted after, now it's the ending of freshman year of high school and now I can do 800 without getting tired, don't give up💪
1.5x is hard and challenging but i recomend it for those who keep pushing themselves to do better keep going legends! And remember if your workout isnt difficult you have the wrong workout

@@vambat3523 just practice everyday. even just waking around your neighborhood and can help. another great way to build your endurance is to do cycle runs. run 1 minute, walk 1 minute, etc. it forces you to stop and then to keep going right away. it is very tiring but does help a lot in the long run!
Every once in a while I go to this video to see how many sit ups I could do and rn as a 12 year old I can do 312 but the form is really really bad which helps make sense on how I can do so many
