I'm in 8th and I just did 14 (I'm the athletic kid in my class) Edit: Am now 17, can do 40+ comfortably and naturally. I like to switch it up, right now I mainly do diamonds

This shit a good way to make pushups harder; I been training endurance a while and normally can do around 100-115 pushups, but with the slow speed here I can only do 60
omg, we have to use these slippery mats and everybody would have on these weird non-slick shoes and so people would only get up to 35 push ups because of it.

I’ve trained day and night. I put my blood sweat and tears for this. And now, I am glad to say that I have completed 10 push ups!!!! After it all, hours of training finally paid of! Me too, I wish I did this test with my crush next to me, she would be like “Wow”, after seeing me doing 35-55 pushups (depending on how my muscles are feeling), and it would be the best thing ever. Hopefully if my crush said “wow” she’d ask me to do more stuff to see how strong I am. I have been training to impress my crush literally for 15 months, I do pushups 97% of days, with breaks once in a while so that my muscles can rest and prepare for the next few months of training. Boys my age would do literally anything to impress their crush.

Using this to regain the strength I lost since I left Cadets and Highschool a few years ago. Post-Secondary and my job means I eat a lot of quick food, and don't move a lot. So this at night and in the morning, alongside squats and a one-minute plank both times. I also play video games, so each time I 'die' in the game I do five push-ups and five squats. And in a game like Titanfall 2 where you can die a few times in a ten minute or fifteen minute match, gives at least some exercise with something I enjoy.

I couldn’t do push-ups when I was little because I used to not be able to go all the way down and my body would shake without me sweating. I felt like I could do more but my hands shaking I couldn’t. 😢😢

My AFJROTC instroctor uses this cadence counter to test our push ups. it is quite difficult and i was only able to do 40. i practice and push my body until my arms phisically wont work anymore every night. the more you practice the better you will get. good luck 😉

I got eighteen on this for elementary when I was younger.
I’ve trained day and night. I put my blood sweat and tears for this. And now, I am glad to say that I have completed 10 push ups!!!! After it all, hours of training finally paid of! I want to thank my parents, all my friends and most importantly, thank the sexy mother fucking voice in this video, I couldn’t have done it without y’all! I think I’m going to have some cake now😁😁

Me too, I wish I did this test with my crush next to me, she would be like “Wow”, after seeing me doing 35-55 pushups (depending on how my muscles are feeling), and it would be the best thing ever. Hopefully if my crush said “wow” she’d ask me to do more stuff to see how strong I am. I have been training to impress my crush literally for 15 months, I do pushups 97% of days, with breaks once in a while so that my muscles can rest and prepare for the next few months of training. Boys my age would do literally anything to impress their crush.

Using this to regain the strength I lost since I left Cadets and Highschool a few years ago. Post-Secondary and my job means I eat a lot of quick food, and don't move a lot. So this at night and in the morning, alongside squats and a one-minute plank both times.
I also play video games, so each time I 'die' in the game I do five push-ups and five squats. And in a game like Titanfall 2 where you can die a few times in a ten minute or fifteen minute match, gives at least some exercise with something I enjoy.

My AFJROTC instroctor uses this cadence counter to test our push ups. it is quite difficult and i was only able to do 40. i practice and push my body until my arms phisically wont work anymore every night. the more you practice the better you will get. good luck 😉

I remember doing this in middle school! I was super competitive about it because there was always this one kid trying to one up me, but I held the record all 3 years and my 8th grade goal was to double my 6th grade number, so it went a little something like this:
6th grade: 62
7th grade: 87
8th grade: 124
(this was always the most important test to me in my entire middle school career)
Me and the dude that tried to beat me both did gymnastics, so we didn't cheat our form or anything but I remember in 8th grade, at first I did 110 but then he went after and did 115, so I asked my gym teacher if I could do it again next week with the other kids so I went for the 124 and held my record.

On a serious note though, anyone doing calisthenics give this a shot. I did 5X20 with this template with even five minutes of rest each set. It is hell on earth.
