Thank you very much. I absolutely love havening it is absolutely incredible and I try and tell everyone I know about it who is interested in managing fear, anxiety and even anger. I will now incorporate the sigh breath that seems to work very quickly and is so easy to do, especially in the moment situations, then if necessary havening can be done later. All the best to you for sharing and explaining this incredible life changing technology.

Enjoying the seminar, thanks. At 15:00 the slide came up for Benefits of Nose Breathing. You probably already know this and found it not relevant to this topic so choose not to include it. But just in case it's a tidbit of information you don't have. Breathing in through the nose increases nitric oxide while breathing in through the mouth does not. As I'm sure you already know, nitric oxide is an important molecule for it's role as a cardiovascular signalling molecule.

Thank you so much for adding this Jason! It’s always tough to balance which information to weave in given time constraints and I so appreciate you highlighting this important piece!

Thanks for sharing this,it's great background info on the different types of meditations & their components. Would love to have a meditation for before bed/naps as you mentioned calming the amygdala because it can cause nightmares... . The window of tolerance makes sense, I think some call it the "maladaptive stress response"" and they might mean the same thing ,but your explanation is easier to understand :) I liked the abstract component of the flowers meditation, having to pick a flower to represent each part of me was unusual in a good way,not allowing much room for judgement. Looking forward to the new meditations you'll be posting ! :D

@@DrKateTruitt awesome thanks! then my collection shall be complete ;-) I want to "desensitise myself" to someone's voice, knee jerk annoyance reaction to that particular accent for reasons I can't understand, any idea which video could be good for irritation or maybe I could just sneak in "what if I could feel soothed instead of irritated by that accent?" I've seen you do some guided meditations that are non-havening ,you have havening ones for teens & kids, have you thought of having non-havening ones for kids & teens?
