It seems that although we may not have the same physical threat as our ancestors, we have a different kind of physical/neurological kind. We are bombarded with toxins in our food, air, water, detergents, cosmetics, clothing, furniture, rugs etc. It is no wonder that we have such an increase in auto-immune system diseases. Growing up in a remote village in the alps, (30 yrs in Europe, and almost 30 yrs here on the east coast U.S. I am stunned by the difference, especially over the last two decades.
Anytime someone brings themselves to a level of humility and undeniable compassion for another outside themselves they no longer are themselves. Only now they are a vessel, when guru speaks who should be judge to the language used. Language isn't what we're are after anyhow, it's the blessing from our source I wish to feel and share. I had huge ocd, and ptsd, and couldnt function without meds, my amygdala on scan was terible, so present moment was imposible, so it is all depend how much this area is "inflamed"
