    This clip is not bad.Get a bit of vagus nerve activation along with the mindfulness, and we are nearly there. By the way, watch out for language. What we think, say, and what we hear can have negative effects. Go with neutral or positive energy.We are influenced by others a lot more than what we think or admit to( retired NHS psychotherapist).

    Anytime someone brings themselves to a level of humility and undeniable compassion for another outside themselves they no longer are themselves. Only now they are a vessel, when guru speaks who should be judge to the language used. Language isn't what we're are after anyhow, it's the blessing from our source I wish to feel and share. Sometimes language is augmented just to weed out those not ready to accept the true nature of our being here, and if you are looking to learn why then must you find it necessary to teach over another lesson. I find much peace in the beautiful information, share many commanalitys in its viewpoints, and grow much from the idea of seeing another soul as full of hope as I to see this world at peace, and I also have the feeling we have very much in our own personal ways. Onwards and upwards now, I love you all! ✌️♉🔱

    I am suffering the worst all out nervous breakdown anxiety non stop panic attacks, scary mental symptoms. It's near 6am and im still awake with panic attacks, all my nerves are shot. I'm very scared but am listening to this video I believe im meant to listen to 🙏

      Look up Wim Hof. Start doing cold plunges a couple minutes a day and try to stay relaxed during those 2 or so minutes. This will make you and your emotional system more resilient. GL
