Hello from the Mobile Notary from LA (lower Alabama). Just got back from two small signings ( 7 miles RT, $60.00 total) . Best thing I have done is a small town business lic. The ONLY thing I look for on a doc is the name, the notarial certificate wording, and make sure I do MY JOB.

Great video and thank you for the encouragement that you give to your subscribers.
I think it’s hard for new people. Signing services want people to summarize the documents or if you don’t and they find out you can’t summarize the documents they don’t wanna use you.
The internet/RUclips creators are always talking about notaries being black listed etc for mistakes not understanding the documents etc.
When you’re new you don’t wanna kill your reputation before you even get started.
You’re not always alone during these signings a Realtor/ title/Lawyers might be in the room on the signing like buyers or sellers packages etc.
What do you recommend that a new person do? Take your state exam and NNA notary essentials course and maybe the NNA loan signing course and complete those and just jump into the business after you’ve done those things along with purchasing need equipment? Is that the path most should take and jump head first into the business after that? I’m not being funny I asking you seriously if that’s all a person needs to get started and be successful at this business hypothetically speaking. We know work ethic mindset etc play apart as well. Again
That’s assuming the have 100 % understanding of there notary state law and how to properly notarize documents.
Is the said above ⬆️ enough to start and be successful?
