I’m so sad the agencies are paying too late I miss my business!
This w2 is terrible people acting up not wanting to train I only took it bc I need money I’m single so I don’t have money saved it’s soo tough!
I was planning to take it only for 3 months to save money and hopefully get back to my signings. It hurts that the agencies pay soooo late.
I’m so good at document control.

I definitely spent way more money than need be on courses than I should have looking in hindsight. I also thought it was all about learning the documents and IT IS NOT! As long as you know how to properly notarize, have a GENERAL knowledge of the loan docs and a great work ethic you will be perfectly fine. I can attest to that. With each signing it gets easier. The more you get comfortable the more the signer gets comfortable because they can see YOUR confidence.

Questions: Technically you are a Notary and Streamer.
1) Do you feel streaming your worst and best notary moments plays a part in how notary makes you happy?
2) Would you still be going at the pace you are if you didn't turn the camera on?

Doing videos on RUclips or other platforms does not effect my work ethics. I was going hard for about two years before I got on RUclips. I probably would have more time to do notary if I didn't post videos.
