Another question I have for Calvin if he sees this. Has he ever had a situation where the lender or title insisted on him doing something illegal after he made it clear with statutes to back him up that he cannot and will not perform that illegal act?

Do higher end homes have a higher signing fee?
Megan Wolfe From what Ive read they don’t. High end homes versus lower priced homes still require the same amount of documents to be signed. Again, from what I’ve read, you’ll get more income when the signing company is more desperate (odd time, late night, or rapid signing)

Praying that you will continue to be blessed as you your story is inspiring. You may not not be an NFL athlete but God is using you and you are where you you're meant to be. I always wanted to be a registered nurse. Something so attainable for others but not me. I could never understand why..... Now with covid, the desire has become less desirable. I do however, care for others by bring a school nurse which brings me great joy. I'm starting LSS next week to work part-time.
