Guys feels like I’m back in 91 enjoying listening to Enter Sandman for the first time and remembering the rush and adrenaline I felt!! It is sooo enjoyable watching you guys realize how good this band is!! Thanks for giving rock a chance!!
@@ShawnandMel4Life I feel you guys enthusiasm towards it. I was the opposite, grew up on metal and discoved real hip-hop/rap. Avenged Sevenfold is who you should truly dive into. They're this generation's Metallica. "Nightmare" or "The Stage" would be great starts. Thanks for the energy you guys give!
Metallica concerts are just pure and raw. I saw them 2 or 3 years ago and it was like seeing them again for the first time back in the early 80s. I took one of my sons and we had a great time!
I love y'all's facial expressions! After working 12 hrs and dealing with what I do first thing I do is see what y'all posted. Love me some Metallica. Been a fan since the 80s!
React to creeping death, but do the studio recording first time for the lyrics and the meaning behind them. Then react to the live in Moscow 1991 . One hell of show!
Metallica is like the mob once your in you can never get out they transened metal music ever song of theirs is meaningful and deep been listening to them since I was 15 30 years now welcome both of you to the metallica family
The child's prayer in the middle of this always freaked me out as a child, then when Metallica came out with this song I was like, so it isn't just me that thinks this is a super creepy thing to tell a child... at bedtime... before turning off the lights... and leaving them alone??!!! I did not do that to my kids lol.
best mettalica : blackened - sad but true - and justice for all - eye of beholder - my friend misery - unforgiven - harverstar of sorrow - don' tread on me - one - enter sandman - fade to black - Wherever I May Roam - The Memory Remains
Relax! Guys! This music video is all about having nightmares! We’ve all had them at least a few times in our lives! Lyrics from the song: “ Exit light Enter night ,Take my hand We’re off to Never Neverland”. It’s all about the dreamworld and sometimes the Nightmares that we might have! So chill you two!
You wanna see how big this band is check out the Metallica Enter Sandman in Moscow 1991. See what 1.6 million people looks like, and how this band performs. It’s worth the time. Seriously.
@@keshinsu14 you definitely can’t go with Dio that’s for sure! The reason i suggested the other 2 songs 1st is because Holy Diver has been done a lot and I would love to see other songs start getting more reaction from people like “ Man on silver Mountain “ which is a brilliant song also 🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘
now y'all have heard the studio version, you gotta watch the live performance in Moscow after the fall of the iron curtain, you will never ever see a crowd like that again.
Great react to a classic! Definitely recommend watching it live in your own time. It's their encore, and they end it with a ten-minute fireworks show for their stadium gigs.
Video / song was referring to nightmares, don't know anyone who hasn't had any & I believe dreams can be very personal, have power and can be very scary.
Love this. One of the greatest metal bands ever (Not the best, that's Pantera). But seriously these guys have been going for almost 40 years! I definitely recommend the S&M album, No Leaf Clover, Minus Human, or The Outlaw Torn. Phenomenal. Also, their latest album Hardwired has a ton of bangers on there.
I was at the concert in Mascot in 1991 for enter the Sandman it was a bangger 1.9 m people there live I think 100 people died there that day but it was a blast
Mel, where do you get your shirts (not sure if they’re just tops or jumpsuits?) because they’re awesome!! I can’t ever find clothing like that to fit me right. I love the vibes from you both!! Another one to check out is Whiskey In The Jar.
Since I know you have watched this & ONE. I'm gonna say the ultimate nightmare is being kept alive with machines, being in pain& people not allowing you to die with dignity.
It's a deep rabbit hole, and one of the tunnels leads to Megadeth. The founder and lead singer of Megadeth (Dave Mustaine) was kicked out of Metallica in the early early years. I recommend checking out some Megadeth.
If you guys want to go deep into the rabbit hole then check out any song from the Kill Em All (AKA Metal Up Your A-- ) album and you won't be able to get back out.

Yes in October or November they turn 40 years as a band.

Saw them live in ‘96 at Lollapalooza! Great time!

"Creeping Death" live Moscow 91. Amazing Metallica.
OMG Yes! 100% agree!
if you want to check out their earlier stuff try "creeping death", "Trapped under Ice", "seek and destroy".
I would highly recommend pulling teeth as well. Cliff makes that bass wail like a lead guitar
Hey Topaaz, thank you so much for your request. Don’t the rabbit 🐇 🕳 hole we go
Did you know Metallica creeping death is the book of exodus
If you do creeping death do the live in Moscow version from 1991. It’s the best version
Such an awesome song. Can’t believe how old it is now. Can’t believe how old I am now 🤦♂️😭😭
Lololol those faces....I was waiting for that! Love watching you guys!
One of the greatest heavy metal songs & greatest heavy metal bands of all time.

Loved you guys were rocking out just like I have been since I was a teenager. Loved that you felt it!
I row to this, Master of Puppets, and Fuel. Energizing.
After you reacted to "One" I was thinking of this one. Awesome.
YESSSSSSSS!!!!! YOU DID METALLICA!!!!❤❤❤🤘
I embrace the darkness. It makes the light seem so much brighter.
Wow Erin, I love your terminology.

shawn, you gone turn mel into a headbanger bro LOL love your guys reactions and way to go outside your comfort zones! helps me to do the same!
Great reaction that was great lmao. Great band for sure
You two are absolutely adorable! Awesome reaction!
React to creeping death, but do the studio recording first time for the lyrics and the meaning behind them. Then react to the live in Moscow 1991 . One hell of show!
And just like that, I'm a teenager again😉💜
Unsainted, Wait and Bleed, snuff and solway firth by slipknot are great!!!
Ride the Lightning, And Justice For All
I had a nephew who suffered from night terrors. He described this song as the anthem of night terrors.
Bouncing them body’sI see ya! ♥️ from Minnesota 🤘🏻
It's definitely a head banger! ✌️❤️
Metallica is like the mob once your in you can never get out they transened metal music ever song of theirs is meaningful and deep been listening to them since I was 15 30 years now welcome both of you to the metallica family
Nobody ever made horror songs like Metallica did. Great reaction.
The child's prayer in the middle of this always freaked me out as a child, then when Metallica came out with this song I was like, so it isn't just me that thinks this is a super creepy thing to tell a child... at bedtime... before turning off the lights... and leaving them alone??!!! Hey Pastor Of Muppets, I was freaked out also. Metallica knows how to get those emotions out of all. I absolutely love this band 🎸

Favorite part of video is how the synced the truck hitting the bed with the beat.
Third out of my favorite top 5 bands! Try One, Fade to Black, Master of Puppets and Harvester of Sorrow! /m\
Another group you should check out next should definitely be “DIO” 🙏 The song should be Last in Line or Rainbow In The Dark 🔥🤘🔥🤘
Holy diver while we're at it

Imagine hearing metallica songs for the first time again 😳
This song came out when I was around 3 or 4 and it scared me so bad, my mom would have to turn it off 😂 now it's one of my favorites
Metallica, Black Sabbath and Alice Cooper were my intro to metal at 14
You two are adorable together! You should definitely try master of puppets...it wont disappoint..have a happy and healthy 2021!
Y’all watch the Moscow concert w Metallica doing this song. 1.6 million people were there. 1991. Absolutely nuts
This is the same guy who did AC/DC Thunderstruck. You can hear the same groove and buildup. He did both albums. Bob Rock produced them.
I loved the juxtaposition of their S&M album-- metal with symphony. I felt it was an epic twist on a greatest hits album.
I remember seeing this video for the first time when I was 13 years. It freaked me out but I like the song.
Fun trivia, this was Mariano Rivera relief pitcher for the NY Yankees entrance song.
Metallica is like the mafia once your in you can never get out

The whole self titled akbum.is great. Enjoy that Rabbit hole and keep.rockin'
Video / song was referring to nightmares, don't know anyone who hasn't had any & I believe dreams can be very personal, have power and can be very scary.
I have a special request: "Where The River Goes" by Stone Temple Pilots. It's an awesome song. One of the best classic rock/grunge songs out there.
Gangster love guys ..passion realness
Another classic hope you enjoy commenting before I watch
unforgiven next guys we love your reactions
You two should watch Metallica in Moscow video. Just the number of people that went to it speaks volumes.
Nightmares of drowning, falling, being chased, snakes, and being run over by a Peterbilt 379.
Love this. One of the greatest metal bands ever (Not the best, that's Pantera). But seriously these guys have been going for almost 40 years! Hey Bianca, thank you so much for your recommendations. Can wait to check them out!!!
Just realized that for how long I've owned a copy of the album, I've never watched the music video. Lol.
I was at the concert in Mascot in 1991 for enter the Sandman it was a bangger 1.9 m people there live I think 100 people died there that day but it was a blast
Believe it or not THIS song was meant to be a lullaby for the lead singers son,
Mel, where do you get your shirts (not sure if they’re just tops or jumpsuits?) because they’re awesome!! I can’t ever find clothing like that to fit me right. I love the vibes from you both!! Another one to check out is Whiskey In The Jar.
You have to watch live concert in Moscow. Around 1 million people were at the concert.
On your next Metallica song you choose should either be Nothing Else Matters or For Whom The Bell Tolls🔥🤘🔥🤘
Try watching Metallica Enter Sandman live in Moscow 1991. Although the crowd of 1.6 million might also make you feel uneasy in a different way.
Some not so mainstream songs from metallica off this album to check out would be of wolf and man, the god that failed, and the struggle within
The old man was a random dude they saw on the street and asked if he wanted to be in a video. Lol
Since I know you have watched this & ONE. I'm gonna say the ultimate nightmare is being kept alive with machines, being in pain& people not allowing you to die with dignity.
It's about nightmares and there's a lot more Metallica you have to do
You guys got to react to... I Wanna Be Somebody by W.A.S.P. You won't be disappointed.
You need to react to, METALLICA - SAD BUT TRUE ( Official Music Video) or SEEK AND DESTROY !
You guys should look up the live version of this in Moscow 91
Must see Creeping death live at Moscow 1991, absolutely madness
Love the video. But check out the live VERSION from Moscow. MILLIONS WERE IN ATTENDANCE
add Metallic , Sandman live concert in Moscow 1991....fantastic live version..
they are still rockin'...another one of Sandman is Norway video 2019
