Your clutch was probably replaced before.....it's better without it and the half fibers and steels. I think 8 full fibers and 7 full steels is what you want instead
Different thickness of pressure plates? For added pressure...... I own a nodded Yamaha raptor 770 I already have a Hinson clutch basket, and after market springs. Anything else too add a better hold? Guessing I'm pushing close to 80hp, I also have a plus 3mm intake and plus 2mm exhaust valves. Ect ... many extras....
Hi, in which order and how to set up the friction plates by thoes nutches cutted off, on the friction teeth? Please, your answer would help me a lot. Thanks in front. :)
@@DRIVESHOWTV if you look at a microphishe for a 2007 Raptor 700 for instance, take part #8, 9, 10 and 12 - throw in garbage. Replace with an additional #13.
Got to love that side cover gasket. Scraping that gasket off takes longer than replacing whole clutch. Nice to see a Raptor video. Thx
Tell me about it. Thank goodness for COVID and working from home - I spent two hours in Skype meetings working on just the cover!!!
@@icoad Time well spent! Tired of the skype meetings...
Put grease on the gasket makes easy take off
Excellent video!!
My kit didn’t come with jugger springs . Do I need them ? Time of video is 10:19 those 2 rings didn’t come with the clutch kit
What type of grease are you using to hold the gasket in place? Thanks!

Mine won’t shift after the install

I don't think he bled the air in the coolant
What’s the wire called after the first two discs called I need to replace mine and can’t find a replacement.
You actually don't need it
every time I try to switch gear it doesn't go it just goes to the gear and I hit the gas and it doesn't go anywhere would this fix the problem?
Get a pro to replace ur clutch or follow this to the "T" ..tighten all bolts to spec. Get a torque wrench 🔧.
GOOD
Not for us 😅
