Hi I’m Rick Shiels, welcome to my channel RickShielsPGAGolf. This RUclips channel is designed to help you play better golf, also to help you enjoy your golf more!
I specialise in golf club reviews, golf club unboxing, golf club news, golf club head to heads, and all about golf clubs.
I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!
On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes “gimmicky” golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.

Rick is obviously the reason for a successful channel, but Guy is an unsung hero! Deserves a lot of respect for the work he’s putting in, huge part of why I’m turning up watch 1h+ videos
Agreed....it took me a long time to warm to Guy....in fact when he was a bit rude to Peter Finch I hated him and wished Rick would kick him off the channel 😅😅😅. Now I'm a Guy fan boy....how things change😊
I agree.. When he first started appearing on the podcast, I found him obnoxious. Now, I don't think it would be the same without him. They have extremely good chemistry and he can play some golf too... Really do believe he adds a lot to the channel..

Guys second shot on the 7th did NOT land there. It was right on the fringe of the bunker. That ball was moved. Having said that , this was a very enjoyable video and format. Scrambles are such fun. Well done Rick and Guy.

I thought the second shot on 18 was more suspect. They probably would’ve made par either way, but still
Scramble rules. Everyone I know plays scramble that way. Within a club length is all good.

You should definitely get some custom marked Rick Shiels balls that you can leave (lost balls) as little gifts along the courses you play.
This is a small detail I've picked up recently, but the music choices have been spot on. Keep it up!
I just noticed Guy's routine of using his index finger to make sure his tee is a consistent height every time. I'm going to start doing this also. Thanks!

This round was the most I've ever seen Rick keep his confidence! I love watching dan Grieves and seeing Rick go for a lesson with him was beautiful! The banter and back and fourth with Guy is class too!

Totally agree ... that shot was traveling. No way it ended that close ... look again at the approach shot 1:10:30. Appreciate the need to make it interesting, but this risks losing a little credibility. It's golf ... play it as it lies.

REALLY good to see Rick so confident while chipping. I feel like that lesson helped, however, his mindset has drastically improved. No more negative self talk...golf is 90% mental!

People love to watch you chaps so be honest or someone will catch you out. From Guys last shot into the 18th and then where you putt from says it all.

Rick and his fan boy cheerleader at it again... Is it just me, or do the videos with these two make you miss the days of Rick and Pete more and more. I'd rather hear a bit of banter over "oh Rick, you are so amazing. You are my hero. Look how amazing you are at life..." Good grief.
The backside licking from Guy makes me cringe. Literally the second Rick hits a shot ...'Ah amazing' , ah that could go in...finishes 30 feet short....ah what a strike, chip shot finishes 15 feet short and off line

I watched all of the chipping lesson, because this is my greatest weakness as well. I then went to the range and practiced it for about an hour and shaved 10 strokes off my score 4 rounds in a row. Thank you so much for placing that video on you channel.

I love this break 65 scramble format with you and Guy and it looks like you two had some great fun. If you guys did a better job of course management and strategy you more than likely would have shot at least 65 if not a few strokes better. Off the tee just let Guy go first and try to get a safe shot in play. Then just go for it Rick. The driver off the deck on the last par 5 had about a 10% chance of success, especially on the downhill/sidehill slope, and then trying to cut it? What was great to see is Rick's newfound confidence around the greens. That chip from 3 feet off on 13 was proof of how vast the change is. Great stuff guys!

I mean this. We all come to this channel for Rick. 100% the truth. His insights, honesty, club reviews and content is the best. However, Guy has been one of the best things to consistently happen to this channel. He 100% enhances every video and all the content tremendously. It’s so amazing! Keep up these style of videos!

I went out the other day for the first time at Tanglewood Golf Course played had a great time did better than I thought I would but you guys at the start of the video making me feel way better about how I started LOL. I love this channel
