Hi I’m Rick Shiels, welcome to my channel RickShielsPGAGolf. This RUclips channel is designed to help you play better golf, also to help you enjoy your golf more!
I specialise in golf club reviews, golf club unboxing, golf club news, golf club head to heads, and all about golf clubs.
I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!
On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes “gimmicky” golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.

@@Scroller77-s8d yea it hurts sometimes but definitely entertaining. The best players in the world generally accept the natural shot they have that day/week and stick to it. Rick and guy both try to do so much on every straightforward shot, low driving pully draw. Put the ball in the middle of the green, and putt

Much respect for Guy from this episode. Ecstasy followed by a fair share of agony on the front, which made his very solid back nine really impressive. Often with golf we have to just keep grinding and if we're lucky we can look back and be very satisfied with the result, and the struggle. Well done Guy 👊

I shot a 95 last friday, 84 (New PB) yesterday and surprisingly an 86 today, im bracing for my 110+ score thats inevitably going to rear its ugly head soon.
@@Mtnbike121lol Im the same way. it was consistent 85 w the 90+ for bad games. Now I do it for 79 and my bad games are still 86-89. So frustrating bc you know how good you can play

I’m a very average golfer at best and played my local par 3 today had a few pars couple of birdies but some terrible shots off the tees watching this when you two who are far better than me have a not so good round gives me confidence things will get better love the videos keep it up !

Awesome reaction Guy! As far as history making, as a boy I would caddie for my dad. His course opened with 3 par 4s, and he started 4-2-10. Fifty-odd years ago but I can picture it so clearly. Memories like that, and shots like yours are what makes this game great.

Greens and pins weren't difficult, they were silly. Greenkeeper thought you are coming down let's be brutal, and it actually reflected badly on the course for me.

Guy's experience from the first hole to the second is the most golf thing ever.
Yesterday I was playing decent for me +3 thru 4… 5th hole par 3 I end up in the left bunker. Duffed the 2nd shot, hit the lip on the 3rd, the 4th sailed it over the green to the rough, ended up with an 8 & destroyed my round. Lol

What a golf course. It is hard to get confidence on greens when they are so much faster and firmer than what your used too. The margin of error is so little and the result of the mishits so magnified. Congrats on the eagle Guy and your chipping Rick is so much better. As I said before you guys are the best and make my Friday that much better.
If Rick used the rhythm he showed on the second shot on the first hole and the tee shot on 2, for all his shots, he'd be shooting for scratch. His ball striking is so much better when he doesn't rush his down swing. Great shot Guy!
The crazy thing is. 2.5 years ago I started my golf journey and ricks videos taught me the basics of my swing. I got better because of rick, Now I am a 4 handicap and could golf straight up with him. I could beat him, depending on the day. Thanks Rick. You are the man.

Guy had some round with incredible highlights. It’s interesting to see even Rick losses his driver sometimes. Last time I played I completely lost all confidence in it after having an amazing day driving my first round of the year

I feel your pain, I played the day before and I also got beaten up by the course (as I do nearly every week!). Course was in great condition, and the greens were running very nicely. Great episode as usual, thanks Rick, Guy and your team.

Great shot. Unless you’re overlaying the audio on top of your swing, maybe y’all should stop telling us what you’re trying to do while you’re over the ball. Every time you say I’m going to do X. You did the opposite.
Thank you for showing us rounds like this. Those greens looked absolutely diabolical. I used to play a course that had two holes with greens that sloped so hard that there were only two kinds of putts: in the hole or off the green!
