did you unseal the bms before disassembly? I am currently playing around with making something like this but I don't want to brick another chip. I bricked a BQ9003 chip in the dji mini 2 bms by doing this and I don't want to brick another chip.

Yes, I did the unseal before removing the BMS board and reprogramming it

how many mah battery are you using?

i used 3000mah and i get 27-30 minutes flight time ,, if battery up to 3500mah i don't recomend,, because above that the drone will get hot
