This is my 2nd G70. Ive had a benz, Lexus IS350 F sport, BMW M328i, a Lincoln MKZ & a Lancer. 10/10 ill take this car over all of them. The price the quality the warranty the reliability. Unmatched.
My cars over the past 14 years have been a Challenger r/t, mustang 5.0 (both manual), Benz e350 coupe and now the g70 i got about a month ago. I love the g70!
I agree, I've went from a C300 to a fully loaded G70 and the quality is staggering. Like my uncles 2023 Audi A6 and my C300, the quality of the materials is next level, nothing feels plasticky or cheap, the doors are heavy and solid, the leather is soft, everything is just extremely high quality in feel. It's actually pretty shocking, at least I was when I first test drove the G70, I immediately felt the embrace of the cars quality. I own a 2022 btw, 22k miles on the dash so far and I've loved every mile, car is truly a 10/10.
I'm going to go test drive one this week. There's one in hunter green with black/red leather... The 3.3t seems to be NASTY with mild mods too. Good long distance daily from what you've seen? @@DMCarReviews
The Audi A6 3.0T is a larger, higher class car. The Genesis is more "sporty". I liked both actually, but the Audi is the more luxurious and solid option, in my opinion.
@DMCarReviews I see them on the Genesis website as 2023 model then they have 2024 models, so maybe they're made in 2023 and haven't sold so listing them as 2024🤷♂️
Another great review. I was very close to selecting this car when upgrading to my 2018 G80 5.0 HTRAC. The G70 was a little on the small side for me in regards to the rear seating. This wasn't going to do it for me. I appreciate the effort and time you put into your videos. I would comment on the road you were driving on. Love that road and would comment on it; however, I see you have some Feds watching your videos...🙄
Where tf you going to find a G37x for $3k thats not falling apart and ready to blow? Also, they're more like mid to high 5s, and this was just one or two pulls and got 4.8s. There's some that have been quicker, this guy has a run with one from few years ago did 4.7s stock. These would bus length a stock G37x.
I love my G70 3.3. Thanks for the review, but please put the cell phone down when driving at all, and especially at 80+ mph. It’s incredibly illegal, and absolutely impossible to give full attention to the 18-wheelers and their retreads, unforeseen deer/animals/obstacles, or a person changing a tire that fell backwards into the roadway, and you’d be unprepared to prevent a crash if you had a blowout at “blur speeds” when holding and looking at your iPhone. Your phone metadata and car black box recorded speed would put you on trial for reckless driving or vehicular manslaughter, however innocent your intent and however much the fault lies on the pedestrian/teen driver/semi truck etc that you collide with. Worse, you could hurt someone innocent, or yourself, AND you make insurance rates go ever-higher. These videos on your channel showing excess speed and phone usage are a lawyer’s dream if you ever cause an accident, buddy. A jury will see that and have you pegged as an inattentive street racer; and no, I don’t think you are. Much respect, but out of concern, please out the phone down and go to a drag strip for your 100+ MPH runs; clearly the traffic around you isn’t anticipating you doing double the limit on suburban highways with merging, junctions, and tree-obscured curves.
I appreciate the concerns, but I'm sure you should be worried more about channels like "wheres981" and not a video where someone got up to 100mph on an open highway. Plus you'd have to prove I was behind the wheel, and you'd have to find and extract this video too, before you could even go to prove anything :) Never said anywhere it was me driving. Also, there is nowhere to be seen of triple speeds, all within reasonable range.
@@claybarnett6350 To have a jury, you need to have a case, and specific evidence. So far you have nothing, just a blurred speedometer, and an open highway, so prove whatever you like lol!!

I am speaking from my perspective, so it may not apply to your physical dimensions or shape. I am 6'2 tall (which I always mention), and I had plenty of legroom and headroom in the G70. Of course it can be different for everyone, but the average male height in the US is 5'9, so it pretty much applies to the major percentage of the country. Of course if you are 6'6 and of a thick shape, it may not be very spacious for you.
I shopped my AWD 3.3 G70 against a BMW M240i so backseat room was irrelevant. While the BMW had an MSRP $200 less, the delivered price of the new G70, with my 2020 Mustang GT convertible trade, was $11,000 LESS than the M240i. I've owned 15 BMWs but I'm done with them now.

Great review! It's a shame how little love these get, such an underatted platform🔥.
