炸otak-otak蛋豆腐，外酥里嫩，非常的好吃，一口一个绝对停不下来，做法简单，一点也不难
材料：4个蛋豆腐，200克otak-otak，1个鸡蛋
1）把蛋豆腐和otak-otak放入大盆里，加入一茶匙盐，少许胡椒粉，抓拌均匀，然后加入30克玉米淀粉，打入鸡蛋，搅拌均匀
2）准备一个盘，涂抹上食用油，倒入搅拌好的材料，把它铺均匀
3）放入蒸锅里，盖上盖子蒸20分钟
4）蒸好之后取出来，让它完全的冷却
5）冷却好之后切成小块
6）热锅倒多一点油，油热后一块一块的放入，用中火炸至金黄就可以出锅啦
