材料:2个鸡腿、少许胡椒粉、1茶勺盐、2勺玉米淀粉、1个蛋清、半个青&红辣椒、5瓣蒜
酱汁:1勺半蚝油、1勺番茄酱、1勺cili boh、半勺黑酱油、少许胡椒粉、150毫升清水
1)把鸡腿肉去皮去骨切条,加入少许胡椒粉、1茶勺盐、2勺玉米淀粉、1个蛋清抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
2)半个青&红辣椒切条,5瓣蒜切末
3)热锅热油,腌好的鸡肉再沾一沾玉米淀粉,下锅炸至金黄色捞出
4)锅留底油,爆香蒜末推一旁,放入两勺糖炒至焦糖色
5)倒入调好的酱汁煮稠,把鸡肉&青红辣椒加入炒均匀即可❤️

2) Half a green & red pepper cut into strips, 5 cloves of garlic minced
3) Heat oil in a hot pan, dip the marinated chicken with cornstarch, deep fry until golden brown and remove
4) left some oil in the pan, sauté minced garlic and push aside, add two tablespoons of sugar and fry until caramelized
5) Pour in the prepared sauce and cook until thickened, add the chicken & green and red peppers and fry evenly❤️
