    腌制鱼:700克鱼片、少许胡椒粉、盐、1个鸡蛋
    其他材料:2根香茅、2个红辣椒、10粒红葱头、7瓣蒜、30克虾米、1把咖喱叶、玉米淀粉、1勺咖喱粉、2勺蚝油、2勺白糖、1茶勺盐、少许清水
    1)把鱼加入少许胡椒粉、盐、1个鸡蛋搅拌均匀腌制10分钟
    2)2根香茅、2个红辣椒、10粒红葱头、7瓣蒜切碎
    3)鱼裹上玉米淀粉,炸至金黄色捞出
    4)热锅热油,爆香虾米&其他切好的材料
    5)加入1勺咖喱粉、2勺蚝油、2勺白糖、1茶勺盐、少许清水炒均匀
    6)最后倒入炸好的鱼块,快速翻拌均匀即可❤️
