做法:
1)鱼片洗净抹干水份放入1勺盐1勺胡椒粉、1勺粘米粉,1勺玉米淀粉炸至金黄备用
2)锅中留少许热油,爆香洋葱姜片葱白,再加入辣椒干一起翻炒
3)再加入酱汁翻炒均匀,再加水淀粉煮至浓稠,把鱼块加入再翻炒一下就可以出锅啦❤️
