    材料:3个鸡腿肉、5个番茄、3个鸡蛋、少许胡椒粉、1勺酱油、1勺玉米淀粉、1勺番茄酱、1勺蚝油、1勺白糖、200毫升清水、少许水淀粉、少许葱花
    1)把鸡腿去骨,切小块加入少许胡椒粉、1勺酱油、玉米淀粉抓均匀腌制;鸡蛋打散
    2)热锅热油,把鸡蛋炸至焦香取出备用
    3)锅留底油,把鸡肉煎至两面金黄
    4)爆香蒜末,加入番茄炒着软倒入清水,1勺番茄酱、1勺蚝油、1勺白糖&少许水淀粉煮至沸腾
    5)倒入煎好的鸡肉,快速翻炒均匀即可
    6)出锅撒上葱花就好了❤️
