I think you meant belachan powder which is a shrimp paste from South East Asia, specifically Malaysia and Indonesia if I am not mistaken. It is usually sold in a block of the dried compressed shrimp paste. It has a very strong smell and most people will find it offensive if they haven't smelt it before. There are a few brands available but I don't know if you can get them in Taiwan unless there is a shop that carries Malaysian food products. Hope you can get them in your country.

Arrange all the eggs, standing in the inner pot, add in a few spoons of water, no need to cover the eggs, press to Cook Rice Mode and leave them alone until done. Pour in cold water and peel later.
