  • 马来西亚人的国民早餐😍椰浆饭(Nasi Lemak),用班兰叶和椰浆煮出来的米饭特别香,配上辣辣叁巴酱超级好吃🌶️
    食材:4颗鸡蛋、江鱼仔、花生、3杯米、350毫升椰浆、适量清水、半勺盐、3根斑兰叶、姜片、黄瓜
    辣椒泥:10克干辣椒、5个红葱头、4瓣蒜、1勺白糖1勺鱼露
    1)鸡蛋冷水下锅,大火煮开再转小火煮8分钟,捞出再冷水浸泡,去壳切块备用
    2)江鱼仔&花生洗干净,抹干下锅锅炸,炸至金黄色,黄瓜切片就可以了
    3)3杯米、350毫升椰浆、适量清水、半勺盐&姜片搅拌均匀煮饭;饭熟后取出姜片搅拌均匀再焖5分钟
    4)锅留底油,爆香辣椒泥,加入小许清水煮至浓稠,加1勺白糖1勺鱼露煮至深红色就可以了
    5)这时候就可以装盘了,一小碗的椰浆饭,1颗鸡蛋、4片黄瓜、少许江鱼仔、少许花生、2勺参巴酱,香喷喷的椰浆饭就完成了🌶️🔥😍

    3) 3 cups of rice, 350 ml of coconut milk, appropriate amount of water, half a spoon of salt & ginger slices and stir to cook the rice; after the rice is cooked, take out the ginger slices and stir evenly and simmer for 5 minutes
    4) Leave the bottom oil in the pot, saute the chili paste, add a small amount of water and cook until thick, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and cook until deep red.
    5) At this time, it is ready to serve. A small bowl of nasi lemak, 1 egg, 4 slices of cucumber, a little anchovies, a little peanut, 2 spoons of sambal sauce, the fragrant nasi lemak is complete 🌶️🔥 😍

    我好久没有吃nasi lemak ,在英国都没有看到过煮也难买材料,看着你的nasilemak 我看着流口水了

      英国可能椰浆会难买,您可以改换椰油来煮哦 味道一样香😍

      你们叫海蜒?但是新马一带的人我们从小到大都是叫它是江鱼仔😂😂
