    材料:2个鸡腿肉,1个茄子,1把菜豆豆,10个青椒,10小青辣椒,2香茅,1洋葱,10瓣大蒜,南姜30gram,1个疯柑果,4个香菜根
    1)鸡腿肉去骨去皮切成小块,茄子切成小条,菜豆切成小段
    2)10个青椒,10小青辣椒,2香茅,1洋葱,10瓣大蒜,南姜30gram,1个疯柑果皮,4个香菜根放入搅碎机里再加入2勺食用油然后搅成泥
    3)热锅倒入多一点油,油热后放入茄子炸至稍微金黄取出,再放入菜豆炸30秒左右,最后再放入鸡肉炸至完全变色
    4)锅中留下少许油,放入搅好的材料爆香,用小火翻炒10-15分钟,加入一勺Belacan粉,一勺芫西粉,继续翻炒,加入大约300毫升清水煮开,加入一勺白糖,一勺鱼露,一茶匙鸡精,100毫升的椰浆搅拌均匀煮开,放入炸好的鸡肉,茄子和菜豆翻炒,最后放入一把九层塔和疯柑叶,快速的翻炒就可以出锅啦
