    材料:2个豆腐,150克肉碎,2个香菇,1小块生姜,3个小米椒,5瓣大蒜
    1)香菇切成小丁,生姜切成末,小米椒切成圈,大蒜切成末
    2)肉碎加入少许胡椒粉,1勺酱油,腌制10分钟
    3)热锅倒入多一点油,油热后转小火,放入豆腐用小火慢炸,炸至金黄
    4)锅中留下少许油,放入姜蒜末小米椒爆香,放入香菇和肉碎,炒至肉碎完全变色,加入1勺黑酱油翻炒,加入200毫升清水,搅拌把酱汁烧开,加入水淀粉勾芡,煮至浓稠,最后淋在炸好的豆腐上就可以出锅啦

    2) Add a little pepper and 1 tablespoon soy sauce to the minced meat and marinate for 10 minutes
    3) Pour more oil into the hot pan. When the oil is hot, turn low the heat. Add the tofu and fry slowly over low heat until golden brown.
    4) left some oil in the pan, add minced ginger, garlic, millet pepper and sauté until fragrant, add mushrooms and minced meat, stir-fry until the minced meat changes color completely, add 1 spoon of dark soy sauce and stir-fry, add 200 ml of water, stir the sauce and boil it, add water starch to thicken, cook until thick, and finally pour it on the fried tofu and ready to be serve.

    I made this yesterday 19/10/23.
    Use 150ml water, 2 tsp dark soy sauce.
    Very yummy leh, my children and myself ❤ it very much.
