Finally, I found somebody who explains how this machine prints without a Cricut marker, etc and scan and cut..I have watched over 20 videos to find out about it.

Hey! I did my first print and cut yesterday on the printable vinyl. Even though the paper comes in 8" x 11", the biggest width it would let me make was 9". I have yet to find the screen where you choose your material size ( I have an Explore Air 2). Thank you so much!!

I have tried print and cut with my Cricut Maker so many times. All it seems to do is cut a diagonal line down the pages and rip through my mats (even with a light pressure). What am I doing wrong? Is it me or the machine? It is very frustrating. And THANK YOU for these tutorials. You ROCK!!

I did exactly what you said, it printed, but it is not just cutting out my cloud, it is also cutting out my words in the center of the cloud. How do I stop this from happening?
This is fantastic. QUESTION: Can I do this same process, but instead of using cardstock, I have glossy magnet sheets of paper I'd like to print on instead. Does this essentially work the same? hello!! You absolutely could use your printable magnet paper, as long as it's not TOO thick. You *might* need to use the Deep Cut Blade: amzn.to/2MNXIX0 . but it would depend on the cut setting you chose, which depends on the thickness of your material! When in Design Space choosing a material, type "magnet" and see what options pop up and choose the one that best fits your material thickness :) Good luck!
what about doing multiple on a page? and does it have to have the black box? bc its a waste of ink if you plan to make a lot and if you can only do one per page that is also a waste of paper?
With Print Then Cut, you can only use an image or images totaling 6.75"x9.25". To answer your question about the black box, those are registration marks and those are necessary for your Cricut to scan and sense where to cut your image to have a successful cut.
I don't know why when my maker cuts medium weight card stock, with the fine point blade, and blue mat, the cut design does not cleanly come away from the rest of the card stock. The back of the project, gets sort of torn away with the the card stock that is left over, making it a rough cut, not a clean cut, if that makes sense.
Hi, we are new to Cricut, all of our past projects, including the ones we have already cut are now only available as a print and cut project. Does anyone have an idea why? Appreciate any help given, thanks.
Hi Tanner, I loved how you detailed the process from start to finish! Sometimes tutorials skip steps. How clean will it cut if you scanned an image, then uploaded it to Design Space, then printed and cut it? Would there ever be a time that you don't use fast mode to cut? Can I put vinyl in, instead of cardstock? If we do the cardstock how do we get it to stick to the glasses etc? I want to put something like a Tshirt with this print and cut. Is that possible.

SO this machine cannot print :) It is a cutting machine. You'll need a printer to print and a Cricut to cut :)
