this video blew my mind. i didn’t know your channel, but the work that you’ve put into this deck, the explanations and thought-process, providing both budget and full-power decklists… all really concise and straight to the point. simple and clean editing. if all of your videos are like this, you might have some of the best mtg content on youtube, no question
Just want to provide feedback that I love in depth deck techs. I hate that so many guides for commanders are shallow and come out the day they are spoiled, so it's refreshing to see more in depth looks at commanders than the obvious.
honest to god I just found you through in my youtube recommended as I was just listening to vidoes for background noise but the way you talk so calmly and explain everything so slowly and make it actually understandable is great, love from Italy!
The clear time & care & playtesting & focus you put into your deck lists & videos is apparent and amazing. You deserve way more than 500 subscribers and i hope you achieve many more 🤗❤️ On a different note i love the suspend mechanic because of the suspense it adds and politicing it creates, im so glad you put it in the budget version!😂
Another well thought out video. Based on your deck building style I think you would be a great opponent to play against! Also love the Australian viewer shout-out. There must be a few of us in that 500+ subscribers.
love your videos and your presentation, makes deckbuilding less daunting and simpler. happy to find you early and be among the first of hopefully many more subs 🤞
Your videos have been very informative and enjoyable to watch. When I first watched one of your videos I felt that you deserve more of a following. Keep the quality content coming! Best of luck.
Your videos are always so well made and straight to the point. What really helps is the insight into why you chose cards. I feel like I'm learning how to make better decks just by watching! Thanks so much!
I just came across you recently, I don't understand how I didn't see you before. You are exactly the way decks should be presented, hearing your thoughts on exactly how you built the package is simply wonderful. I would love for you to do a deck tech on the combination of Bjorna, Nightfall Alchemist // Wernog, Rider's Chaplain - I think the options in this pack are wide and I would be happy to know your opinion on the matter. Thanks anyway and keep up the good work!
Stumbled upon your channel a while ago and I'm happy to see a Narci deck. I haven't been playing magic for long, was asked to try out commander a few weeks ago and Narci is the first deck that I've been trying to build myself but haven't actually bought yet. I've been tinkering with it a lot and probably will change a lot after seeing this video. Since I tried to keep the budget sort of low, I feel like mana fixing is an issue and my curve leaves a lot to be desired. One of the things I really liked was including cards like Yenna, Weaver of Harmony, but also Ondu Spiritmancer, maybe fetching them with Defense of the Heart to create copies of the enchantments, sagas and protection effects like Kaya's Ghostform, Carapace and Gift of Immortality to keep Narci and our copy makers alive for huge value. Due to lack of experience I have no idea if this is actually feasible or just too damn slow in a real game though. Thanks for the great content and insight into the first commander card I fell in love with :)
I really love your videos! Your deck techs are way easier to understand and are more in line with my own thoughts when building. One card i was suprised wasnt in the main deck was font of fertility. I really like the cheap mana ramp attached to an enchantment that you sac
Love these vids. I found them while searching on how to improve my Will, Scion of Peace deck and these are so good. I love how you challenge the conventional deck building and think outside of the box of EDHrec. Let alone how you challenge them and your community to take a different approach to deck building. Keep em coming cause you just took a deck I would of never made and made me wanna make it.
Really, really happy for you man. Succeeding in something you clearly put so much love into is just so cool to see for someone! Here's hoping for many more in the future! If you ever do Stream Games with fans, I'd love to play!
Sagas are tons of fun to play around with! I run a few in my Pir and Toothy list because Pir lets them complete super fast, he might be useful in here as well.
Love the builds! Been shopping around for Narci builds and I will have to give the budget one a try. Wanted something that felt different from Anikthea and I think this should do the trick
Found your channel with your Will, Scion of Peace deck tech. While I'm not following it 1:1, you gave me some great ideas on how to explore payouts in that deck and this video highlights a commander I've only looked at briefly. Very good sound design and delivery in your videos, and you have Robert Jordan on the shelf behind you -- More than enough to get a sub from me. Hope things keep going well for you!
I personally do not like sagas, I still watched your decktech because you are truly an inspiration as a deck builder. I’m sure many will love these well thought out decks for Narci. Still not convinced on the sagas and will try to see if an enchantment creature aristocrats deck is possible. Keep up the great work!
I run Narci sac build: Seals, Omens, Doom Foretold, Aura of Silence, Defense of the Heart, etc. Add Wicked Visitor & Grim Guardian for that extra ping.
If you keep up content of this caliber you’re going to get huge. I think plenty of people share my experience of growing tired of just wisecracks and big names to draw views-this is real substance
I subscribed after watching your eriette video and now it’s one of my favorite decks so thank you for your insight on what cards are worth it and which ones seem good but are actually traps.
I very much agree with your take on Narci - I've seen several people try to create a Tom Bombadill sort of thing, but without paying real attention to Narci's text. Also - love your video format! I've been taking a look at your lists, and I'm personally trying to build Baeloth. Is it a deck you play frequently? I'd love to hear your take on this commander!
Found your channel while looking for an interesting Eriette build. Your videos are clear and detailed. Curious to see what kind of mill or Zedruu deck you would make.
One of my issues for Narci has been the same, I'm playing at the moment 10 Sagas. I want to play more enchantments that I like, the sagas are there to help with specific things and potentially kill my opponents. For me everything else in the deck is there to affect the board or interact with our opponents permanents. It's been difficult to find a list I am happy with right now.
Just found you and I really like your videos. I don’t know why it stuck out to me but your audio sounds amazing. Could you tell us what microphone you use?
@@Tempest-Official I particularly like the white unconditional board wipe saga on chapter one. I tutored for it in a game and it saved my life. I'm curious what cards you would cut and what cards he would put in their place. You mentioned that most sagas aren't very good so it's going to be interesting to see as more and more good sagas are printed what stays and what goes.
I'm making this commander as well. I'm focusing on mill, recursion, mana ramp. You gave me a lot of great ideas, thank you!
You're welcome! Glad to help.

Lovely breakdown. Went ahead and bought your budget version, can't wait to bring this to the table with the boys today! :)
Hope you enjoy it!
You have such great content. You'll be at 1k in no time.

I find your videos so interesting because of the effort you clearly put into the 99 and showing why those cards deserve to be there.

Despite being so new, yours are quickly becoming my favorite deck techs on RUclips. Thanks for making such good mtg content!

Thanks for the video, I honestly love that you include a budget version in your techs 🙏🏻
I loved the pause after “Karn’s Bastion is a land”
This lol
I have Narci from the precon. I spent hella money on proxy decks, so I might try that budget build
Another well thought out video. Based on your deck building style I think you would be a great opponent to play against!

So pumped that I got in early. Can't wait to see you hit thousands of subscribers.

Another Tempest vid another decklist to try out this weekend! Thanks for the analytic content : D
I see you on the other videos. :) Thank you for the support!
This was very helpful as I'm trying to upgrade my narci deck thanks
Love seeing your views and how you build magic decks. :) always love the reasoning too

I love the way you do the videos! Keep with the good work!
Always had a soft spot for enchantment themes.. good video man
Let's go! I love to see the inclusion of budget deck lists in the vids
Fantastic work on this. Was looking to build this deck. This helped a ton! Cheers
Really, really happy for you man. Succeeding in something you clearly put so much love into is just so cool to see for someone! Here's hoping for many more in the future! If you ever do Stream Games with fans, I'd love to play!

Good stuff. Only subscribed to 6 channels and you’re the first mtg one to make me click that button 👍
I love your content, the quality ist amazing ma man. peace+love
While I don’t agree with some of your choices, I love your presentation. I subbed
I'm loving how popular Narci is.
I run Narci sac build: Seals, Omens, Doom Foretold, Aura of Silence, Defense of the Heart, etc. Add Wicked Visitor & Grim Guardian for that extra ping.
This is from 8 months ago. How does it feel having 3.47K subs now?
Keep up the great work!

Narci has been my toughest deck to build. I've really enjoyed the process but it for sure made me cut really fun cards I wanted to keep.
Thanks for the dech tech friend

Keep it up man love the deck techs
Found your channel while looking for an interesting Eriette build. Your videos are clear and detailed. Curious to see what kind of mill or Zedruu deck you would make.
Her flavor text literally says "all stories eventually come to an end."

I was waiting for the next video after Orvar, but i never expected Narci. 😅 That was a curve ball.
Just found you and I really like your videos. I don’t know why it stuck out to me but your audio sounds amazing. Could you tell us what microphone you use?
If you want to draw, play blue. If you want to drain and draw, play Queza, Sheoldred, Nekusar, etc... Narci seems like a lot of work.
Great video, keep it up!
What do you think about some of the sagas and related cards in Doctor who? I particularly like the white creature that gives all sagas read ahead
Oh yeah... I made this deck right before most of the announcements. I think there is some serious potential with the new Dr. Who saga cards/support!

*has Sleep Token shirt, subbed.
Great description and the deck looks interesting. I'll give it a try since I've already built a Tom Bombadil deck 😃👍 "Tempest Giveaway 137"
