I'm just wondering at the end of the day when all that money is put in to sell the home and it sells, how much does net take home?
There are a lot of things to consider for sure. Commissions, holding costs, tax, etc.
Sale price - purchase price - rehab costs - holding costs - commissions and sales fees = profit$
Typically investors use a rule of thumb called the 70% rule. They want to be all in on everything 70% the ARV or after repair value.
