I've been seeing more and more of these so-called recruiters going after very vulnerable people, (myself included when I needed a job) especially during tough economic times ('08 crash, and covid). They seem to do it all while displaying a bizarrely lavish life style and posting incessantly on soc media about it.
I got into passive income kind of by accident. I started a teacher RUclips channel 2.5 years ago. I launched my own teachers pay teachers store (digital products), I launched a podcast, I am starting an Etsy store with my mom, I affiliate market, and my brother and I bought a house 50/50 where we both live and have roommates. We use the extra money to upgrade the house. And I have my full time teaching job :) I just kept listening to my gut and it worked out! Thank you for your videos!

Most big RUclipsrs will say something along the lines of "It took me the better part of a decade, and 95% of the time no one was watching." But if you can make it, the potential is bananas.

I had money sitting in my US bank and started investing it to save for my kids and retirement. On the youtube front it has actually been suggested to me a few times. I am physically disabled due to repeated injury and many (MANY) broken bones over the years leading to systemic arthritis and an audioneural degenerative disease leading to severe tinnitus and slowly going deaf. My hobby however is homebrewing wine and beer. Several friends have suggested that I put together youtube tutorials on the various methods and science behind brewing, and yes there is quite alot of math and science when doing it right.
Yes I have dividend investment but the share prices went down and I lost my money. Now I am into properties and it is more consistent than buying shares because people always need a place to live.

Marko nailed it. Did a syndicated investment in Texas from 2014-2018. Class C rentals. Professional management. Benefits of economies of scale. We did very well. Being in Canada, we had bought when USD and CAD were pretty much on par. Selling after the CAD dropped was a huge multiplier to an already great investment.
@@amirtai Since the dollar difference, I haven't seen anything. The last one that I did see I don't think came to fruition. Probably because there was low interest in paying 25% more for the dollar. Also it was in Florida. I personally don't want any structure in a place with high humidity that is know for termites and gets hit by hurricanes seasonally. The time to buy is when the dollar is lopsided, but usually that is for a hold and not for cash flow. The property that we bought was mismanaged and undervalued so we knew we had a winner no matter what. We had many issues that affected cash-flow, but the capital gains were huge. The property was supposed to cash-flow and deliver capital gains, the biggest percentage coming from capital gains. You'd have to find a US based company and have US dollars and buy a property that is under-performing and there better be management that is capable of fixing it. We brought our own management for the inspection and for the solution.
Thanks for the video, I learned new things about digital marketing! Try to combine "Dividend investing" with "Real Estate investing" by investing into REITs, and electing to reinvest the dividends. By law, REITs have to pay out a dividend each quarter, and to take this further into diversification, try REIT ETFs (commercial, residential, technology). You will be invested into real estate, reinvesting a dividend and you will be well diversified. Be blessed!
Great video. I was fortunate enough to start investing in 2009 at 18 years old and decided to go all in on AMZN stock with roughly $15k at around $460 per share. Best decision I ever made along with snatching up 1k shares of AMD below 5 bucks per share and selling last year above $28 per share within 3 years. That said, swing trading stocks could be considered a passive income source.
I'm sure this was covered in the video in some way or another, but when you create the online videos or online anything, spreading your digital footprint on several different platforms is important as well and I'm sure helps with the passive income. I follow some political/philosophy stuff on youtube where content creators also have a presence on patreon, take donations through paypal, twitch streaming, or other video streaming sites as well.

For Real Estate, you left out REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) a passive investment vehicle. Not a great return, but generally no need for direct management of the investment.
It has taken me close to 20 years to get GREAT passive income! Real Estate baby! I (correctly) paid off 30 year mortgages early. After taxes, expenses, etc.., that rent is FREE income every month! Please listen to Marko peeps!

You inadvertently missed a sub heading under RE investing; triple net/ master leases on new 2 family duplexes. Consider investing with your IRA or Solo 401k in a new 2 family duplex that is leased via a master lease to a STVR operator that pays you lease payments 10-12% net. Truly passive, no management needed, yet better control than a syndication. You may wish to do a podcast or video on this RE investing option.
Love the highlight of the passive income spectrum that rental properties can hit. Rental properties can be totally hands-on (and busy hands-on), but there are also ways to make them very passive. Turnkey rental properties with property management is one of the best options for that. Not 100% hands-off, but pretty close in comparison! Great vid.

You forgot a big one: selling stuff online. Using ebay or kijiji. Can definitely come up with some passive income through those channels !

The time to buy is when the dollar is lopsided, but usually that is for a hold and not for cash flow. The property that we bought was mismanaged and undervalued so we knew we had a winner no matter what.
We had many issues that affected cash-flow, but the capital gains were huge. The property was supposed to cash-flow and deliver capital gains, the biggest percentage coming from capital gains.
You'd have to find a US based company and have US dollars and buy a property that is under-performing and there better be management that is capable of fixing it.
We brought our own management for the inspection and for the solution.

Try to combine "Dividend investing" with "Real Estate investing" by investing into REITs, and electing to reinvest the dividends. By law, REITs have to pay out a dividend each quarter, and to take this further into diversification, try REIT ETFs (commercial, residential, technology). You will be invested into real estate, reinvesting a dividend and you will be well diversified. Be blessed!

Great video. I was fortunate enough to start investing in 2009 at 18 years old and decided to go all in on AMZN stock with roughly $15k at around $460 per share. Best decision I ever made along with snatching up 1k shares of AMD below 5 bucks per share and selling last year above $28 per share within 3 years. That said, swing trading stocks could be considered a passive income source.

I'm sure this was covered in the video in some way or another, but when you create the online videos or online anything, spreading your digital footprint on several different platforms is important as well and I'm sure helps with the passive income.
I follow some political/philosophy stuff on youtube where content creators also have a presence on patreon, take donations through paypal, twitch streaming, or other video streaming sites as well.

Why is this not taught in grade school? I swear I was financially illiterate with financially illiterate parents, wasted all my income from 18-29 years old. 36 yrs old now and just learning about dividend stocks. It’s amazing what they don’t teach you about the real world in school.
So the first 5 can easily go hand in hand if you have the YT channel and a big audience...
Dividend investing sounds good but they actually grow less over time to the point where investing in a mutual fund makes more money over time. Still a good investment though

For Real Estate, you left out REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) a passive investment vehicle. Not a great return, but generally no need for direct management of the investment.

You inadvertently missed a sub heading under RE investing; triple net/ master leases on new 2 family duplexes. Consider investing with your IRA or Solo 401k in a new 2 family duplex that is leased via a master lease to a STVR operator that pays you lease payments 10-12% net. Truly passive, no management needed, yet better control than a syndication.
You may wish to do a podcast or video on this RE investing option.

Eye opening videos for earning passive income
Love the highlight of the passive income spectrum that rental properties can hit. Rental properties can be totally hands-on (and busy hands-on), but there are also ways to make them very passive. Turnkey rental properties with property management is one of the best options for that. Not 100% hands-off, but pretty close in comparison! Great vid.

You should prefer passive income which doesn't take much time still gives more output. You can start building passive income from RUclips or Social media. I know he is better than us but you can reach there too. Success comes to those who strive for it. Work 12 hours a day for 6 month and live freely rest of your life. You can do it too just Constantly work and improve your assets and success will follow you. You just need to get started.
