    Thank you very helpful video! I own some rentals and I'm doing my 1st flip now. Definitely going to talk to broker about walking the site for ideas to add value. By the way Lowes will give huge discounts when ordering over $1500 from their prodesk they put it through the disckunt system. Cabinets and flooring from a chinese wholesaler

    Never, ever buy a flipped home. All you're buying is a lot of problems covered with a fresh coat of paint.

      Well that’s not true . I bought my first home 10 years ago (it was a flip) and it’s been great. Literally have had no problems and for the last three years it’s been my highest producing rental…

      @@Anthony_Kibler_Realtor Count yourself as amongst the lucky few. Proper repairs are expensive. That cuts into profit. There's very little incentive for flippers to do expensive repairs if faults can be past along to the next owner instead.
