He meets with someone to play with i have to chase him all around to play with him...I have to speak more then twice to get his attention when he's with others. When he miss me is when there is no one with him.

Nowadays I find myself feeling so indifferent to socializing, it's like I gave up and accepted loneliness.
Sad but I can relate.

I miss the first two months of quarantine because I felt like I finally had time for selfcare and stuff. But at some point, I felt like my levels of apathy were too harmful. And I think that was because we all care about our friends and family but we find it easier to get distracted with anything else. All I know is that we need to get out of this confort zone as soon as we realize we're in it.

Reading the comments has made me realize that a lot of us share the same frustrations: We're all that one friend who's never anyone's closest friend, and we're that one person that asks if they can hang out with their friend but the friend never returns the favor. We all feel like that extra person that was forgotten about. Man, I've never felt so understood.

He laid down His life for all although He was perfect and sinless. He knew no sin, did no sin, in Him was no sin. He was the God-man who reconciled sinful man back to God (who is Holy, Perfect). He was the Representative of Man, as the Perfect Sacrifice, for God's holiness cannot co-exist with sin, and necessitates a Perfect Sacrifice as sin offering. This is so that Man can now come freely to God to HisThrone of Grace to receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
God loves man (whom He created) and this necessitates the Son of God, Jesus Christ, to be the sacrifice to reconcile man back to God. It pained God the Father immeasurably, but it was the Only Way.

He became so disfigured His face knew no form. He was spat upon, mocked at. When the time came for Him to depart earth, He said 'Father, forgive them, for they know not what they are doing.' ( Luke 23:34). He had no bitterness. He was at peace.

(I would also advise you to read about islam if you want, it's a beautiful religion and you won't regret it, and you can talk and vent to Allah all the time, it helps me with my lonliness too.)

I personally dont want to get anything back when I help others.. my reward was to know that I probably made their day better, that i was helpful for something or that i matter to them.
when you help someone, for example by helping them emotionally, you could just be someone important to them, yk-

This is huge, I have never felt connected internally, like I'm just trying to gather a support group and check boxes. But it's exhausting, then you can't set boundaries, and have issues with abandonment. I guess it's an anxious avoidant attachment style and some cptsd around people. No idea where to start with the healing, but I'm aware of the wound.

Sometimes those things that are important to you are only important to you....and others have no time or care to hear....even when they do try to listen, that glossy look in their eyes tells you what they really "think". But judging by your comment replies, you will have no problem finding a friend....🤔🤓😇

I know it's not healthy, but part of me feels bitter about people who have people and still feel lonely. I have literally no connection in my life with people, and it feels impossible to find someone who will stick around. It gets so overwhelming I give up on hope, meandering through the crowds, all alone. I start to rationalize why I'm alone and blame myself, "of course no one wants to be around me x makes me worthless." There's never been a pain deeper, longer lasting and more debilitating to me than chronic loneliness.

Feelings are allowed. Life is too short/ limited to be bitter tho. I know it's cliche but the world doesn't revolve around you, or Any of us... and thank goodness for that, could you imagine the pressure. But if you're being bitter/ resentful, it's drinking poison and expecting others to suffer. It's sad, but worth taking steps to overcoming. Not to say it'll fix all, may / will probably still be lonely. But at least you won't be in hell x2
don’t give up on hope. it may take a veryyyyyy long time before you find those people who stick around, but there is always someone waiting to find you.

Same, I understand what you feel. Since my childhood I always getting ignored and left out. That's make me feel worthless and envy when people have somebody who care about them. I can't even verbally express my feeling because it's hurts. Writing, drawing and photograph really help me express my feeling better than my mouth and it somewhat make me less lonely(sometimes). I hope that you can overcome this and have a good life. You are not alone ❤️

I been suffering for loneliness and depression since summer of 2019 and I really don't know what to do with myself currently. I do have friends and family's like most people out there do, but something special is really missing for me and I really don't know what it is for me. That last special puzzle piece is really missing for me out their and its important. Trying to figure out what it means.

You should listen to the classic Smiths albums as I did in my teen years, it has a cathartic effect and betters up your life. The Chameleons albums of the same era are great too.
i had no friends during my teens or my twentys. when i mean no friends i mean no interaction with people whatsoever. It was because my parents moved to the countryside. and when i finished uni ive had to move there. Now i wish death comes to me every day. Depression doesnt get better. it gets worse the more you think. you tolerate it over time.
Loneliness is when your friends mean a world to you, but you mean nothing for them, and nobody notices when you're not around.

I think what sucks is having friends that don't check on you or ask you how you've been. Makes me feel so insignificant and not valued. i can relate. though i might be slightly luckier than u. me as a junior guy has this one kid who would talk to me but most of the time its just pretty casual trivial talks such as how u been, what's classes going etc... this guy mostly hangs out with a group of guys and girls including this one particular girl who i feel very speical... i don't even know if its actually a crush-ish feelingg or else but she might already has a bf. sigh i used to have this another female friend who is 2 or 3 years older than me and very nice human. sadly she just graduated...

my chronic loneliness has been around far past half my life, it’s one of the worst experiences because it doesn’t matter how distracted you are it will always be a little bit there, you avoid silence and boredom as much as humanly possible because if the distractions disappear all that’s left is the loneliness

Being lonely is one of the most horrible things in life. As an introvert my feeling of loneliness is brutal. And even though I try hard to talk and interact with people I feel like I am a stupid person and someone who doesn't have anything to give to other people and I am always thinking that I don't deserve to be with them. I am a really pessimistic person and I usually feel that people are thinking bad about me. It seems like nobody wants to be with me so I feel even more lonely and pessimistic which makes more difficult to get closer to other people.

It’s like a stab in the gut when nobody reaches out to you in the first place. You are never directly talked to by your “friends” and continually excluded from the plans that they made together. You are just there; you’re not important in anyones life and they don’t seem to care about you at all. Nobody checks up on you to see how you are doing or if you want to hang out. Even when you reach out to them first, there is always an excuse of why they can’t go. Even when you thought you made a new friend-one who treats you like an existing person-they start to ignore you and act like you never existed. You eventually start to resort to books, movies, and music to escape from your reality and into a fantasy. You know you would be such a good friend if people just gave you a chance. You’re always left wondering, “what did I do?”

'For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.' (Romans 6:23) HALLELUJAH!
Jesus Christ was brutally tortured, given stripe after stripe on His bare body using the Roman whip with ferocious hooks attached to the whip, that clawed out His flesh until He could see His own bones, and no sliver of flesh was left. And I just want you to know that everything is gonna be okay. I still feel lonely, all the time. But being lonely made me strong. I didn't give up despite all the overthinking and loneliness or whatever. I took my weak points and made them my strength. It was hard fighting back, especially coz the battle was between me and myself. But I just asked myself : "for how long do I have to feel like this? When am I gonna be okay, for real?". And slowly, I'm starting to feel better.

Two years ago I moved abroad to study. Despite some struggles, I loved what I studied, enjoyed going to class and got along with my classmates amazingly, to the point where we hung out together outside of university.
Then, 8 months ago, I suffered some mental health problems and went back to my home country to take care of them. It took a long time to feel ok again and gain some energy, and in the meantime I felt so exhausted that I ended up isolating myself. I also had to slow down my studies and postpone graduation.
Now I am back in the city where I study, but most of my friends either already graduated and left, or are super busy getting ready to graduate. I don't even have classes anymore to keep myself busy. I literally have no one and I feel so lonely. To make matters worse, I have some stressful months ahead of me, and I know loneliness will make them even harder to get through.
That's it, that's my story. I just wanted to share it with someone. If you read this far, thank you for your time.

I think the worst part about this all to me is the fact that I hated myself all throughout my teen years and felt lonely because of it. Thought I deserved it. Then I turned 18 and went through phases of self reflection, changed my mindset, got self confidence, slowly began to love myself, stopped taking crap from people who treated me bad, and gained a lot of self respect. And the dreadful truth is that after all that, now I am more lonely than ever. Because when I hated myself at least being lonely then made sense. "Ofcourse I'm lonely look at me" but now, theres no excuse. No reason. I love myself, and nothing changed, the loneliness and emptiness is crushing me more than it ever did. I wish loving yourself was enough. I wish I was enough for me. But it's hard to carry on believing I am worthy, and that I do love myself, if nobody else believes that. It's slowly sliding into convincing instead of believing. I know this isn't uplifting or helpful but its proof that we as humans simply need human connection. No matter how many times people say you need to love yourself first, it's not going to be enough in the long run. At least not for me

I’m mentally at my lowest,I’m in a uni were I’m unable to have friends.people clearly make me feel like I am not good enough or I’m not fun enough or extroverted enough to be their friend. I have never been a social person but as I grow up I feel the need to have at least that one person that makes feel like I’m enough. Someone that understands me and doesn’t make me feel like I’m weird.

I don’t wanna vent much in the comments, but feel like I’ve gotten used to being alone. I’d cry sometimes at the feeling of not having anyone there or the thought of someone temporarily being on my side, but now it’s all getting old that I can’t even cry anymore and accept it. It’s been years since I’ve found at least one person that’d be a good companion, but now I’m afraid of that commitment. Where I feel lonely:
01) in a friend get together all of your friends talking about a massive story they only experienced which you never heard of, all you can do is smile when they laugh and listen like you are not a part of the crew.
02) When your school teacher say "pick up a friend and do this assignment" and you see all your friends has already taken a partner and nobody in your class approach to you and say " can you be my partner". All you can do is approach someone and ask to be your partner with an idle student.
03) When nobody wishes you or surprise you on your birthday.
04) When you see an empty desk right next to your friend and when you try to sit your friend say "this table is reserved to that guy"
05) When all of your friends sits on the dinner table and there is no enough chairs so you need to sit on a different table alone.
06) when you see in a social media group chat everyone tries to be offline or leaves the conversation after you send a simple message like "hi".
07)When you get roasted all the time when you try to join a conversation like they dont want you to be a part of them.
08) When you see in social media all your friends were having a great party or a trip and having fun which you never get informed and you question yourself "why i never get invited?" , "dont they want me to be part of their fun?", is it my looks that they dont like or my behavior?"
i sorta related to this, except i ended our friendships with them and one in particular.
i was friends with this girl for 3 years, she was really kind and funny, but once we grew a little older we grew a little distant. we were a little younger than a teen. other friends naturally drifted apart to others and she was still there for me. i would be alone yet she decided to hang out with me and her friends. honestly, looking at it i think she did it out of pity. i felt so lonely when i was with them, the only time i would talk is when she would talk to me. when she was gone her friends paid no mind to me, i just wish they would’ve told me straight to my face i was unwelcome. i wish i could meet you n just give you something like a hug , n be friends with you ! i only have 1 new friend right now and i hope they don’t end up like her. i hope you find some who doesn’t make you feel lonely but instead acknowledged and appreciated !

I have friends but I’m always their last choice, I’m the backup friend, the friend you talk to when there’s no one else around, the friend you go to when you want something. I’ve tried so many times to make friends that don’t treat me like this but it always ends up being the same thing over and over again. At this point I just wanna give up but I feel so terribly lonely. I even tried to make online friends but it never lasts. I don’t even talk to my family unless I absolutely need to. Every night, I cry to sleep feeling like no one loves me. Idk what to do anymore. The only person I talk to right now is myself. That feeling when you're in a room full of people that you know but you still feel alone. When you try to talk to someone they just ignore you. Pitying yourself, feeling awkward and embarrassed of yourself as you were obviously the only who no one even talks to. Overthinking that people are probably mad at you or don't like you. Thinking everyday if you did something wrong or if you're being a burden. Damn, I felt this way for years. The only thing good about this pandemic is separating people from others that can harm them mentally/physically. Atleast I could think more for myself now and not about how I can face and survive the days where I have to be in a close distance with people who make me feel like I'm worth nothing.

This hit too close from home, I have been alone almost my whole life that the only person that I have been talk when feeling suicidal is a freaking mirror. Because everyone close to me always think im in somekind of 'phase' even though I've been attempting suicide and survived jumping from 3 building.

I didn't talk to them because I'm paranoid of maybe I'm also someone who is not worthy of talking to them like the other people I mention. Also, like what the other comment says, moving and/or finding yourself helps. It would be hard especially moving tho. I think something that adds to the loneliness is this feeling (and reality) that I must always be the one to initiate everything. If I don't actually reach out to people or start some kind of interaction it just won't happen. I'm not sure when the world became this way but it is definitely the way it is now. Everyone is absolutely self absorbed and incapable of real honest or spontaneous meaningful interaction. It gets to the point where I just don't care because I'm always the one trying. So after awhile you say "Well. I guess they really don't care" and you stop trying to keep relationships going or meet new people. You become resentful of being the one to always make the effort. But then years pass and the loneliness stretches further and further across fluttering forgetful days of isolation and it all blurs into this thick fog so you keep trying to reach out only to have your fingers burned against the same cold indifference again and again.. sigh.

I feel the same..I needed whole 3 y to finally start opening up to some of my classmates I really wanted to be friends with but now when I did we are graduating. The part that sucks for me is that they are all gonna be in the same city in college while I'm the only one who won't. I mean I know I'll try to stay in contact but I can't help but feel they don't care for me that much. On top of that I suck at starting conversations or making the first step at all, simply bcs I think "why bother them with this? I'm probably not that important anyway" And yes, it feels like this every time I meet someone I really like but know I don't have enough time to truly meet them. I relate to this comment way too much. It has happened few times that if I stop approaching first, then I will never heard from that "friend" ever again. Did they really not care about me at all? Then I get tired, then I try again, get tired, try again... the cycle feels endless. Worst thing is that I feel that this is how the rest of my life will go, since it is statistically common that people spend less and less time with friends when getting older.

Feeling lonely really sucks. Everyday i wake up like this. Nobody message/calls me to ask me how i'm doing, nobody to share my love with. It hurts it really hurts. Especially on the weekends when everybody is doing something and i ask want to have a drink they already have plans and i sit home alone staring out the window asking is life really worth it like this. I makes me sad. I just needed to air my heart out. I hope in the future it will get better but i have my doubts. :( I hope you stay strong brothers and sisters.

I can relate it hurts man and truth is especially for guys is that no one cares even my dumb teen self can figure that out I just want someone to say hi to me in the morning without me saying hi I just want to say hi and not get kicked to the curb. I’m watching this the night after school, I was in gym class and my coach told our class to pick a partner. Everyone picked a partner in a snap of a finger. My coach couldn’t find anyone to be my partner. And I felt alone even after what I did in 6th grade I did terrible stuff and I wish I can be a better person then I was. So I standing there doing nothing and playing with a basketball. As a result after experiencing this 2 times I feel depressed and now one even caring and caring about themselves. So even if you don’t read this , this is a good away to get this out my chest.

I know how you feel, I didn’t have many friends in high school and one year I was in a gym class completely alone with nobody that I knew. During our basketball unit, I did just that. Dribbling the basketball around by myself.

The saddest thing about reading this, is that i experience this everytime when there is partner work. I am never gettin picked and just be alone or with someone that really hates me and doesnt want to work with me. Its just so depressing.

I think most of the loneliness I feel is self-imposed because of work or school. I'm not the smartest person, and it takes me a long time to digest certain information than others, which means I spend more time studying so I can get better at it. I always tell myself that there's no time for things like clubs or hanging out with friends because I have a curfew I need to meet with my parents and I need to do work or I'll fall behind. I can only count on one hand how many close friends I had.
I'm in my early twenties at a college I like and pursuing a major that I have begun to fall in love with. But every time I sit in my classes or in the library between classes, I just realize how lonely I am and how disconnected I am from everyone in my class.
I'm trying to work on myself to let go of perfectionism and really love myself instead of loathing all the time, but it's so difficult.

I found that writing everyday in a journal / notebook helps alot with regulating emotions, talking in 2nd perspective and telling yourself that you're doing great, that you're proud helps a lot. Creating a routine and doing productive things like doing even simple things such as brushing your teeth, eating breakfast and especially taking a nice long - maybe 1 hour walk. You'll be okay guys, you have many years ahead of you and I'm sure one day you'll feel better than you do now. I hope everyone can stay safe and eventually they will find people that don't make them feel lonely and feel loved.

Is anyone in a situation where all their former friends are moving on with their lives - moving schools, moving away, finding new friends, and chasing after their dreams, and yet you're stuck in a sort of limbo where you can't chase after those friends because you've been put in a new environment. But even in that environment, you've talked to everyone you can talk to and you can't find anyone that makes you feel as joyful and funny as the friends you used to have and if you don't get out of that new environment, you won't have deep connections for a long time? But you can't leave the environment.
Bro i am in that situation. After moving toa new school i feel like i lost my old friends. All of them had moved on from the past and they made new friends and leave me behind (at least that's what i feel). I tried making friends but they all have different interest and i felt being the odd one out. I just wish this end sooner because i cant take it anymore.

People around me tell me to pour my heart into hobbies, but honestly, the most fun thing in the world for me is to just share a deep, honest, vulnerable conversation with someone I hold dearly and even though I've tried to find hobbies that feel as good as that, nothing has come close.

I’ve honestly gotten so used to constantly being alone, to the point where I could easily go days talking to absolutely nobody other than my mother. It’s a tough pill to swallow, especially when you feel like you’ve done everything within your control to be liked by the people around you. I’ve resorted to believing that I might have some type of problem, even though I’ve done nothing but give myself away and change myself completely just to fit in, and be liked by someone. Though, overtime I just get used to my loneliness, and I sorta start to enjoy my own company. But I always ponder on what it would be like to actually have someone there for me whenever I want it. I truly, utterly, completely believe that I’m gonna end up alone. One way or another, I’ve learnt to accept the way things are. :/

The most important people in my life ( friends and family ) have either died off or moved away. I can't stop people from dying and I can't stop people from moving away. And as I get older it gets more and more difficult to make new friends. I just hope that when I'm a senior that I'm not completely alone.

To deal with my loneliness I've realized that it's deeper than the moment; It's needing to really heal the inner child that was rejected, angry, and unable to communicate her feelings at that time. Moving forward I'm hoping to use my therapy sessions to unpack this.

Wow, that last one got me. I realized that I've been avoiding meaningful interactions because I fear that their response might not be what I'm looking for.
I still don't know what to do though, everyone feels distant at the moment. But I believe this realization will be the first step to help myself
One thing I have come to accept is that I must deal with loneliness on my own, and not rely on things out of my control, i.e. other people (friends, friend groups, communities, etc.) I will be alone, and I will accept this and move forward with this in mind. Good connections with others is something to be cherished but not relied upon.

@@chavialiu6945 By acknowledging that no one will save you and that the world is a pretty cruel place in general, you learn quickly to not put your hopes in another person and instead focus entirely on yourself. You learn to accept that people won't be there forever and that the only thing you can do is to enjoy the moment or wallow in self pity and misery. Time passes by all the same, no matter how you spend it.
I have friends now but I maintain a sense of detachment that helps bring me peace of mind. I don't bother with romantic relationships as they bring turbulence, and instead just go for platonic friendship and enjoying the moment.
I’ve been alone almost my whole life. Im 22 now and I’ve talked to some people, but they never went anymore. Kinda feels like a routine now. Loneliness just feels apart of me now. Like it’s who I am and that’s just how life’s going to be for me. It’s just hard to see myself with someone else anymore. I’ve never been close to anyone and never felt real connections. I just want it to end, ya know?

When I was at highschool, they didn’t include me in school’s volleyball team even though I am tall and athletic. They included the short and fat girls but not me. I am unwanted and unlovable. Similar scenarios happen in my life all the time. People have fun without me all the time. They don’t invite me and want me to be part of anything they do. It hurts so much. Loneliness is not my choice. I tried my best to make people want and love me, include me. I am exhausted. I accepted my fate at this point. I surrendered.
I love these videos. I struggle to connect with people. I see my siblings having fun online, laughing and playing with their friends and I really wish I had that myself

This video made me realize that I strive really hard for my relationships. I give all I can to my friends, partners, and family. This makes me expect more than most people can give, thus I feel isolated at times, and that severely worsens my depressive state. Starting from today, I will not struggle so much. Relationships are not what I want them to be. They are what they are.
Exactly. Take everything for face value and enjoy what you can while it lasts. Some people are fun to go Go out with but I would never leave them keys to my house when I was out of town because I don’t trust them. Put everyone in their category. You are not giving authentically if you are expecting something in return. Only give what you’re comfortable giving knowing you might not get it back. It’s a what’s-in-it-for-me world and the sooner you realize that, the sooner you’ll be liberated.
@@mulliganstew72 that was a very intelligent and insightful statement, and I couldn't have said it better myself. People only give a crap about themselves and maybe family. If you are putting huge amounts of effort into a friendship with someone who isn't genuine like you,or has different interests, then it won't pay off, sad to say. I've dealt with this myself lately. My friend ended the friendship over something petty and not under my control. The asshole knew that I was in a situation and didn't offer any sympathy of any kind.
I been suffering for loneliness and depression since summer of 2019 and I really don't know what to do with myself currently. I do have friends and family's like most people out there do, but something special is really missing for me and I really don't know what it is for me. That last special puzzle piece is really missing for me out their and its important. Trying to figure out what it means.

Jesus Christ left all the glory of heaven and came down to earth through the vehicle of the womb of Virgin Mary. When the Holy Spirit came upon her, she conceived, even though she was never with a man. Jesus Christ was Fully God, Fully Man.
Jesus Christ lived 33 years on earth. He healed the sick, caused the blind to see, the deaf to hear, the lame to walk, cast out demons, even raised the dead!
'Jesus did many other things as well. If everyone of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written.' (John 21:25)
Jesus Christ chose to leave the indescribable glory and riches of heaven to come all the way down to earth to suffer and lay down His life for you and I on the humble wooden Cross, for our sins (moral wrongdoings eg lies, stealing, selfishness, unforgiveness, hate, jealousy, greed, lust, adultery, murder etc etc). He laid down His life for all although He was perfect and sinless. He knew no sin, did no sin, in Him was no sin. No deceit was in his mouth. He was the God-man who reconciled sinful man back to God (who is Holy, Perfect). He was the Representative of Man, as the Perfect Sacrifice, for God's holiness cannot co-exist with sin, and necessitates a Perfect Sacrifice as sin offering. This is so that Man can now come freely to God to HisThrone of Grace to receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
God loves man immeasurably (whom He created) and this necessitates the Son of God, Jesus Christ, to be the Sacrifice to reconcile man back to God. It pained God the Father and broke His heart immeasurably to sacrifice His One and Only Beloved Son, Jesus, but it was the Only Way.
'For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.' (Romans 3:23).
'For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.' (Romans 6:23) HALLELUJAH!
Jesus Christ was brutally tortured, given stripe after stripe on His bare body using the Roman whip with ferocious hooks attached to the whip, that clawed out All His flesh until He could see His own bones, and no sliver of flesh was left. He became so disfigured His face knew no form. He was spat upon, mocked at. He was bruised, tortured, crushed indescribably unto death for our sins on our behalf. When the time came for Him to depart earth, He said 'Father, forgive them, for they know not what they are doing.' ( Luke 23:34). He had no bitterness. He was at peace.
Jesus Christ became obedient unto death, even death on the Cross! The worst form of punishment of All time. Our sins are costly. It cost Jesus His blood, and His life.
But God the Father raised Jesus from the dead after 3 days! PRAISE GOD! He is now seated at the right hand of God the Father in heaven. HE IS RISEN! HE IS ALIVE!
I KNOW BECAUSE I HAVE A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE OF JESUS! 3 YEARS AGO, ONE MORNING WHEN I JUST WOKE UP AND MY MIND WAS STILL BLANK, I LITERALLY HEARD A VERY KIND VOICE SAYING TO ME 'HELLO, CHILD OF GOD!' IT WAS INSTANTLY THE RECOGNIZABLE VOICE OF JESUS! THERE WAS NO ONE AROUND ME OR IN THE HOUSE! as an introvert , social interactions scare and wear me out so much that i barely instigate conversations or reach out to my friends and because of that , i've lost so many friendships especially during lockdown. I don't have anyone to talk to about my emotions or problems because of how easily i tend to cut people out of my life and bottle up my thoughts to myself . I love spending quality time with myself in peace and solitude but sometimes I just want a special person I can truly count on.

There is a difference between introvert and social anxiety an introvert don’t mind to talk with others but he prefer to be alone because he like it… a social anxiety patient is depressed because he is struggling because he is scared of being judged or being bullied… you have to know what you are between these two

If you're feeling lonely or unloved, it's essential to seek support and surround yourself with people who genuinely care about you. Remember, you deserve love, understanding, and meaningful connections in your life.
You can feel unloved and still be loved. What a black and white way of viewing things

If you have close family members try to reach out to them you never know they could relate with you or maybe help you. Try to speak more and going up to people and make friends it does not always have to work because people these days are weird, I really don’t know what you’re going through, reach out to me if not I hope you’re doing better 🫂
