    Andy, i vehemently say out loud that your workout exercises are intelligent, caring and most of all effective. I’m beginning to show little muscles in my frail arthritic little body, Stability and will to exercise every day. Your infectious smile is your signature.     Great video! The timing is spot on. These exercises are awesome. Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a fat-loss meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.

    Love your workouts! I did two of your workouts in a row - 15 minute functional strength and also the cardio/core that you did on Wachusetts Mountain. Hour or so later I started with pains across my abdomen which became worse as day progressed. Better 2 days later but not 100%. Do you think it was just too much core exercise for
    me?
