Such a great man he crammed he achieved a lot in his short time on this plant, like the singing too takes me back to my youth, damn cancer gonna take the majority of us some day
He sure did cram it all in. He accomplished a ton in those 39 years. I wish he was still alive so we could get interviews and hear stories about Kiss and the 70's music business, and meet him at a kiss convention or something.
@@RocknRollAllNight your right didn't think about that, I imagine he had some interesting stories to share, also I'm gonna have to find that thank God it's Friday movie his company made I know I've seen it just forgot it after all these years
Great, respectful comments here. Yes, the stories he could tell if he was still living. I always found him fascinating. To gamble on something…and win. To be a part of something that forever changed lives for so many. I wish he could have seen what transpired with the band, from taking off the makeup and the subsequent reunion in 96.
There was a team of people who helped Kiss a lot from the beginning. Neil was certainly one of them, Bill Aucoin, Sean Delaney and Neil's girlfriend , at the time, Joyce, helped in the beginning also.
That must of been the time when Gene and Cher dated and meet too. During the CasaBlanca years when they were signed together. The announcer and the gentleman Referenced Gene Simmons during the show.
The Buddah Records label (late 1967 till late 1972) was weird looking & looks like a psydeceldelic kalidescope!! How did Neil Bogart made that label???
I worked for Neil at Buddah Records, right before he left to form Casablanca. I loved him dearly.
What a wonderful tribute to a wonderful man.
When Neil passed we lost one of the best. RIP my friend.
He went too soon.
Maaan I just read the Party Every day book 📕 and Neil was such a wonderful human.
He is missed by Kiss fans everywhere
Parliament was also on that label as well
Neil passed away at 39 years old…..so young.
very sad
RIP

he sounds like bobby vinton and looks gentile in the 1960s but a greaser nyc type by the 1970s.
Nobody ran a more corrupt label than he did. If he lived, he would have been put in prison.
he was sued and mismanaged things.
@@dampergoldenrod4156 by Donna Summer. He messed up her royalties . She worked with his son on her last album Crayons .
There were no rules in the seventies!
If not for him,I don't think KISS would've made it.
@@russellj.s.257 Kiss had one of the best managers in the music by the name of Doc Magee
I prefer the disco version of "Bobby"........
