Oris is making some really great watches lately. Excellent quality and perhaps better value then most other luxury divers. How would you compare Oris to Longines?
Very cool, love it. Bit biased, my daily wear is the "normal" 43.5 Aquis... Future service costs would put me off a bit, but those long service intervals give plenty of time to save up. Good review, Cheers mate 👍🏻👍🏻
Congrats! Had the 43 awhile back, it was a little too large for my 7 inch wrist. I will own the 41.5 some day cause that’s going to fit like a glove, and it’s a great watch with a color way for everyone.
The new calibre 400 is a good addition but you also pay a premium for that extra power reserve. I feel Oris is a bit lazy here because they could also have updated the clasp with some on-the-fly micro adjust functionality at this price.
I had a $13000 omega planet ocean titanium and the bezel action quality was no where near as good as my Aquis and Titan pieces. This is just a better looking watch as well. The bracket on my omega was at 20mm which looked well under nourished unlike the 24mm lugs ruining off this case
A beautiful watch, but I feel the overhang of the bezel leaves it open to being knocked round and or damaged during everyday use or while diving. Oris should make the edge parallel to the case side.
@@ModernandVintageWatches true I had it and let it go the reason why I don’t see it different from the around 1k ETA offerings at least they should make It stand out from their lower offering other than the movement which I admit is nice
Just bought the green version. Absolutely incredible watch.
Astonishing, on green 💚 it's just a looker
Oris, one of my favourite brands. The Aquis Date is one of the best Dive watches on the market and it keeps getting better.
Oris is my next purchase. Really like the green dial and bezel. Looking at the 39.5 on a black rubber strap.

Oris aquis looks best in green. I thought the new green was bad compared to the anthracite but now that I saw your video. Green one is the best
The green is really good. I think Oris did a very good job.

I love that green. I just got my first Oris the big crown pointer date. It's gotta be my favorite

Great video, I just picked one up from a AD on eBay for 2200👌🏻

Green dial just pops. Subscribed.
It’s very tastefully made. Greener at the center and darker at the edges. It’s kind of a faux fumé.

Perhaps if Oris made these watches without the ridiculous integrated bracelets I would consider purchasing one.

@abhi0vanshi yes they have corrected that issue with 2023 models

When set on a winder does this caliber 400 have a preference on CW, CCW or half&half?
Thanks

I have owned one for over 2 years, wear it every day, absolutely no issues with the bezel overhang.

The gray market dealer warranty will be void which is not worth the savings
