    not sure about the lower trims, but Android Auto and Apple Car Play is wireless on the Black Edition and Black Edition also has Cooled/Ventilated front seats, heated seats in the back. And you can lock the rear climate controls from the front. In the back you have actual climate controls, again with heated seats, 2 USB-C charging ports along with the 12V.

    I realized that all the hater never own or drive a ridgeline but so quick to hate to bring it down. But hey! Those POS ford merrick are ugly asf too and no one about it because it's a "found on road dead" ford

    Just a few minor changes.. and won't change the minds of many haters of the Ridgeline. I love the Ridgeline and thinks it makes lots of sense to many truck buyers.. I sure love my 23 model.

    I looked at a trailsport. It’s almost perfect for me I just need a deeper bed and bigger back seat for my child. Wish they made a full size just like this just with more power. I ended up with a 24 Tundra.

    Does the tailgate lock/unlock with the key fob? It didn't look like it has a place to take a key to lock it. I currently have a GMC Canyon and am really considering trading it in on a Ridgeline.

    Still cheaping out on the led's for the sport model. Its such a little thing but it really cheapens the brand. Its not like the headlight assembly is any different. Also, will someone please tell honda that the sync button is in the wrong place and too big on the heat/ac controls? Mode is far more common to use and you still have to hunt for it like I do in my 21 and its stupid.

    I bought a 2017 new from the dealer, still have it and love it. If I could get Honda to do anything to this truck I would suggest more ground clearance, more horsepower and a hybrid option.

    • @HMAutos8324
      @HMAutos8324  8 месяцев назад

      @texa5boi Well it really depends on what features you want, but over all for the money I think this RTL gives you all the features that are you would use everyday. RTL gives you power leather seats with seat memory, sunroof, and heated seats. If you aren’t going off road then the Trailsport is not really worth the extra money. The Black edition does give you more feature but they are all not necessity’s. If you have any more questions I’ll be happy to help you more!

    • @tcguy03
      @tcguy03 8 месяцев назад +1

      I would say it just depends on what you want out of your truck. I like the styling of the black edition so that’s what I settled on. Plus the black edition has heated and cooled front seats and heated rear so that is nice.

    When I read last year that Honda was updating the model there was one thing I didn't see. The rear bumper, did they ever affix it (weld it) to the unibody? Co-worker had one (2021), and it actually tore out/off of it's plastic housing/clips. Honestly, never seen a rear (fake) step bumper on anything classified as a small truck at $40k+. and my buddy is like 160 lbs . Since I'm in the market and really like the Honda line, but this would be a deal breaker. Thanks

      @trl1980 nope that has nothing to do with it. The fake seam between the cab and bed, the ugly ass trim around the back window. Need I go on?

    • @trl1980
      @trl1980 3 месяца назад

      @user-vt9ss3ft2z That seam actually has purpose. C-Pillars are completely vertical between the cab and bed now (no slope). For reinforcement, they incorporated a unique heavy steal bar between (where the bed meets the cab). This avoids cracks. That's why the Ridgeline's payload is stronger and one of the top in class at 1,580lbs. There isn't separation for flex, but there is a separation of material (not a completely smooth body from bed to cab). Not many talk about this.

    • @trl1980
      @trl1980 3 месяца назад

      @user-vt9ss3ft2z That trim around the window are Truck Wings. It's for areodynamics to reduce drag. Semi-trucks have them, and some deploy at 52mph. Ridgeline is also designed for long drives--thats where ride quality comes in. Next time u see semi-trucks on the hwy, look at their aerodynamic kits. I think that "trim" or wings look awesome.
