    My daughter was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy on 20th may 2020.my doctor advised me for stimulator but dr Abishek advised not to go for the treatment. I was confused but at last I followed his advise and trust me he is one of the best physiotherapist.Today 25th July my daughter is almost recovered. He is the only reason behind her recovery.U are a legend thank u so much for your assistance and cooperation.🙏🏻plz do take his assistance if you or any of your loved once is suffering from Bell’s palsy.

      @@shantnuchaturvedi5080 hi please use black seed oil mix with olive oil whilst you do your facial massage and exercise from this video, use olive oil, drink 3 cups a day of ginger mix with tumeric powder, eat plenty of broccoli and never drink ice drinks it will slow down nerves on your affcted side, then please share good news in 6 weeks .. by the way do this everyday for 6 weeks massage 3 times a day

    After ten days, i gained almost 70% of the control. do these exercises along with facial massage with any lubricant and take your medicines prescribed by your neurophysician. Don't be depressed, it's a temporary thing. We can get out of it.

      @@ronakpatil5879 don't be afraid , be patient. It is a temporary thing. Just continue what you are doing. If you can go to any physiotherapist, it is good. But I didn't go to any physiotherapy center. Just give constant movement to your facial muscles every like every 2 to 3 hours. Imagine moving those muscles so that you can train your brain. At first, I did research on google. After finding the causes ,recovery rate and time, I just followed what my doctor said.

    36th day and im 95% of recovering .. for the first 3 weeks couldn’t noticed any movement but from day 22 started to noticed movements .. from day 30 the recovering was so rapid and fast ..
    Didn’t do anything than sleeping 🛌 😂.. i just did brain CT to rule out other conditions like stroke
    I knew Its just a viral infection usually heal by it self just need a time..
    Do not panic you’ll make the situation worse

    Bell's palsy can be managed with such exercises along with Herbal Medications. As an ayurvedic physician I recommend Planet Ayurveda's Care pack - Gandhak Rasayan, Ashwagandha, Brahmi and Curcumin Capsules, Nirgundi Oil, Mahakalyanak Ghrit.

    Well done physio classroom but the goal to the palsy side is to improve strength. Performing passive stretch on the palsy side don't improve strength. Also applying resistance to the non palsy side will further increase the muscle strength of the side.

    This will take 15-20 days to recover. Just take medicine's prescribed by the prior doctor and do these exercises for 15-30 min daily 3-5 times don't take any stress.. it will completely recovered within a month. Thank you ❤

    Sir I got bells palsy in 2019 and iam sti having some of it ...as such my lips can move but not like before and my eyes getting smaller and my affected side's neck region getting stuff and nerves are more prominent

      Synkinesis can be best managed by botox therapy treatment combined with facial muscles stretching and relaxation exercises. ( EMG biofeedback plays a crucial role)

    I have been suffering from this disease for 5 years now.I am 20% better but not fully cured..I have seen neurology..I have done therapy,exercises but no help..is there any chance of curing this disease now?What now? I see a therapist doctor?

    Hi sir.. Im suffering for Bell's palsy 1 month.. Im taking a lot off medicine and phyisiotherapy finally im recovery 70%.... But 30 % is not good in my mouth and right side cheeks and muscle did not respond good.. Please give me a suggestion to full recovery

    I recovered from GBS and now my body movement is all right but facial expressions are weak .can i follow these exercises too.

    can u tell us the dossage of this exercises please, 30 seconds 3 set, 10 reps .. for example

      Hold each contraction for 3 to 5 seconds and perform 30 repetitions for each expression in a single session and perform 2 times a day.

      Place the negative on face and positive behind the neck.
      Prefer using pen electrode on face.
