When can i do extream facial expressions again without worrying again without worrying about synkinesis? How do we know when its finally over. How do we know when to stop the exercises. My bells palsy happened 6 months ago. In weeks my face went back to normal. But the muscles still get tight. I do all the exercises and streching i found in your bells palsy vidoes over the years. Eye exercises help a lot but when do we know its over
Synkinesis come to u when u do exercises.. I watch all this mam video but useless.. If u have bell palsy , dont do exercise.. consum right medicine in golden periode can help u better than exercises
This will take 15-20 days to recover. Just take medicine's prescribed by the prior doctor and do these exercises for 15-30 min daily 3-5 times don't take any stress.. it will completely recorded within a month. Thank you ❤
I’ve been doing exercises. Still have no blink but when I try the corner of my mouth moves. Does this mean my blink function grew to the wrong muscle and will not come back?

After my brain surgery I got bells palsy in September 2023 although I now can close my eye completely but still have tight ness and develop synkinesis
