Absolutely thankful that you have shared a useful topic for those who may get some insight on various naspects of dealing with this complex phenomenon called Bell's Palsy, named after the Scottish surgeon who identified the 7th cranial nerve Paralysis (Facial Nreve), whose name was Charles Bell. most people recover in 6 - 12 months, your friend sounds like she had a very mild form. telling people fixed in 2 weeks is a sure way to make people go into deep depression when it fails.
These are just suggestions and in this individuals case she found relief in two weeks… no where does it implies that that will be everyone’s recovery time. It is not depressing. It’s just some offers and suggestions of more things to try. 😇 I have come to understand that our own attitude is about all that we do have control over!
I've had Bell's palsy for a little over a year and this was so encouraging. I'm so happy for your friend
Can you give me updates how are you now?
