Sir as the cause for bells palsy is idiopathic.. Few cases will be also affected by inflammation of 7th nerve bcoz of cold exposure... So can we do icing while doing these exercises???

Cold exposure to external ear is avoided. Facial skin stimulation can be done without any problem

Although there are research studies on the above two modalities but we have more better and effective alternatives.
