    Thanks Kim! I love these short exercise routines. 😊. In my mid-70s ... the heel of my hand hurts with the final exercise floor rows so I keep the other weight in my hand as it's easier to push up from a grip position than a flat hand. Also, I had a TKR a few months ago so did both those floor exercises from a low bench rather than the floor.
