How to get arrested.
if you are using at an airsoft field that allows no orange tips you re fine but, if you use it outside of the field then you’ll get into trouble
It’s legal to remove it as long as it’s in the buyers possession
you cant get arrested for it
Its only required before its sold to you 😅 once its yours you can do whatever the hell with it

What about the umarex Glock 42 orange barrel? Have you tried removing that one ?

Very difficult for me on the GEN 5
Alternitvely if its a gbb with a plastic barrel, just replace it. Just buy a new barrel for gour gun and field strip it and put the new barrel and and the old one is trash. Also sometimes on we glocks, its not even threaded on. You can just wiggle it out with a pair of pliers.

I know the video is a bit old but I'm curious if you've had experience with metal orange tips that spin in place? I broke the seal but now it just spins. Not easly but it does spin in place, any suggestions?
Not for a pistol but i had the same problem with my rifle i had to get a flat head screwdriver and pry it up.

Any suggestions on removing the tip on an umarex glock 42? Seems like it is comprised of some kind of metal. Makes me apprehensive about buying.
It kinda looks like it screws off or you can paint it if that doesnt work

If you're just talking about the glue use acetone but I able to put the adapter in without doing that.

It works even better. My rpk16 had an orange birdcage whishbisnt correct because no ak's have birdcages. I just took some pliers to it and twisted it off with no additional help after removing the grub screw I now have the correct muzzle device on my lct rpk16.

Ik that this is from 8 months ago but, in some states and cities it is illegal to remove orange tips from any airsoft weapon, since it may be mistaken as a real firearm.
