I miss when COD seasons were an actual story being told every few months. Cold War was able to tell a story while providing lots of new and old content with a few cool LTMs like 80s Action and The Haunting.
Honestly I hated that. Couldn’t be bothered to watch it or keep up with it. Leave the story to the campaign until the next sequel or end it.

What happened to seasons cinematic trailers?
This game was rushed and I think the budget for it went into the zombies cutscenes rather than the seasonal ones

I miss when the battle passes would give us cool skins like the USMC Raider and Shadow Company grunts, now all we get are skins that are too goofy to take seriously but not goofy enough for the people who like that kind of stuff. I stopped finishing the battle passes a while ago, the only MWIII one I did was season 2 for Rick Grimes. Didn't even play much that season, either, I mostly went AFK in Zombies.

Not buying a COD game is based, but I'm just going to defend Sledgehammer for a second and say that they're easily the most shafted COD developer. They've had to whip 2 games in a row out with intense crunch, MWIII was made in 16 months with a bunch of major changes made midway through development by Activision.
