It probably has a belly in it clogs up all the time and is a overall nightmare for a client to get to the point of “ok this pipe 6’ deep needs to be replaced” takes a long time for someone to get to the point.

Yes and no, corrosion happens when water touches the metal two part epoxy prevents the water from ever touching the metal again which eliminates the scale buildup.
