    I'm only about 19 min in to the video but I'm so grateful I was led here. I too am in Washington state puyallup area so this helps me so much as I am a potential flexer as I just finished my onboarding today and am waiting for my pending info to go through. I truly appreciate the time you took to bless us with this video. Thank you so so much!

    This is one of the most useful videos I have seen on here. Yes its nice to know the pay and what to expect and amazon providing tutorials. However, you went into great depth of a majority of undiscussed scenarios. Great video keep it up love to see more in the future.

      Hope you did well! It was my first day today for Amazon Fresh and I was completely lost once it came to making my first drop off because I didn’t know which packages belonged to which customer and it was a random word not the customer name. I panicked and called support but they weren’t helpful so started scanning random packages until one was accepted and grabbed the rest of the packages w that word. I was sooo stressed out but I survived 😅 how did your first day go?

    I have noticed as a DSP driver that it is 80/20 whether it is actually a box when it says box and plastic bag or envelope when it says plastic bag or envelope. The other 20 % consists of at least 20% wrong size (small instead of large etc)

    also from 13:18-54 you stack the orders from last stop at the bottom to your first stop at the top but at 14:15 you say the stop numbers aren't in logical order so that means you have to dig all the way through that pile in order to get to that package... not sure if you can get around that

    One question. Do you already have a set number of packages before scanning, or you just need to make sure that you have scanned everything on your designated cart. I mean, does it say 60 packages left to scan, or you just need to make sure that you have scanned whatever is available.

    I just joined flex and yet to do my first delivery but while doing the steps to join flex the training videos I had to watch said to arrive 15 mins early and when the block starts to drive directly into the warehouse and there is a designated area for the block I accepted and I'm to scan the packages and go on my way delivering..it said nothing about waiting for other drivers to all come to a staging area(sorry if I misheard and its called something else) nor did they say there would be waiting for others to load their cars. Is it because I have what they consider a large vehicle and have a different setup entirely because odds of getting big packages are much greater? Is it just different setup depending on which state your working in? or has amazon flex changed that much?

    In my state AZ..at all the hubs I've been to so far you park in a parking lot, go in and grab your packages and load your car yourself. Also no kids or pets are allowed to go with anymore😕 I understand though, I wouldn't want to leave my child in the car alone while I load and unload.

    • @gameboy1984
      @gameboy1984 3 года назад

      That makes zero sense you wouldn't want to leave them in the car while you can load and unload your car?....... how would they be alone if you're right outside the car and loading it up.

    • @sarahnichols4253
      @sarahnichols4253 3 года назад

      @@gameboy1984 It's not right outside where I have to park...there was nowhere to park yesterday so I was around the corner from the entrance. It was also 115 degrees so if you left a child in the car it would have to be running amd I couldn't visually see my vehicle while getting my packages. No way would I leave a small child alone in car running or not. If you drove through pick up like he did I guess it would be okay...but there are signs that say pets or children are not allowed to get out if the car while delivering which is one reason they changed their policy. What if you have an apartment and it's upstairs? Are you willing to leave a 2 year old or even older child in a car alone? It actually makes 100% to me. Unless you have a teen that can stay in the car and watch them it's not safe.
